I’ve consistently had disappointing experiences with the female staff at this location. I used to buy coffee here daily, but over time, I’ve noticed that many of the women working here come across as quite rude and unwelcoming, often wearing unfriendly expressions.
When you place an order using the touchscreen, it frequently gets ignored unless you follow up in person—by which time, people who ordered after you are already served and gone. This has been frustrating on multiple occasions.
On the other hand, most of the male staff are polite, efficient, and far more customer-friendly. It’s unfortunate that the overall experience is brought down by the lack of professionalism from some of the female staff members.

it’s like my everyday routine to come over here take my first coffee of the day and it’s my best decision . Every single thing i found best over here especially the nature of staff
We both got breakfast sandwiches, drinks and I a donut. My hot chocolate was caked on the bottom with powder, which isn't fun to drink.
My breakfast sandwich (sausage and egg on a biscuit) was ok, but I would like my cheese to be melted not about to fall out if I moved the sandwich incorrectly.
The service was good but how the store is laid out and the lack of direction of employees to guide customers to where they should be caused some confusion.
