Cane here from door dash for an order at 10:32 am, and the order was supposed to be ready, as they kept telling me to wait, 8 other people kept getting served, and they made me wait over 10 mins, as I saw they didn't even care on making the order, worst tim hortons staff people I've ever seen

I found a piece of plastic wrapping inside the steeped tea I bought from this Tim Hortons. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and have never had an issue like this before. I called the store and informed them about it as well. please make sure cups are checked properly before being served so there is no plastic inside. I hope this can be avoided in the future. I was already on my way and couldn’t return to the store, I had to buy another steeped tea from a different location

Don’t come to this location for lunch. I decided to order two bacon breakfast sandwiches on biscuits and a hashbrown. When I get to the window I was informed that their system was down and they were not able to take credit, only cash. Apparently that was not the case and I was able to pay with credit. I get my sandwiches and they’re wrong and English muffins as opposed to biscuits. My hashbrown that I got was ice cold, and when eating the one breakfast sandwich there’s was an eggshell (see picture attached). Overall would not recommend coming at lunch, as this is possibly the worst Tim Hortons experience I’ve ever had….
I visit this Tim Hortons regularly, and today I was served by Rajdeep Kaur. She was amazing! Her customer service skills are outstanding — friendly, respectful, and very quick even during the busy rush. She handled customers with a great attitude and a smile. Really impressed with her professionalism. Great job, Rajdeep!

The food was disappointing. The ice cap was the only thing that was okay this time. The rice was dry, and the workers are consistently rude every time I go. Their attitude comes across as entitled and disrespectful. Even when you approach them politely with a simple question, the way they respond is unacceptable. They frequently mess up orders, and overall the service is just terrible. I won’t be going back.
