We both got breakfast sandwiches, drinks and I a donut. My hot chocolate was caked on the bottom with powder, which isn't fun to drink.

My breakfast sandwich (sausage and egg on a biscuit) was ok, but I would like my cheese to be melted not about to fall out if I moved the sandwich incorrectly.

The service was good but how the store is laid out and the lack of direction of employees to guide customers to where they should be caused some...
