French vanilla paid for a large got medium. This has happened multiple times at this location not just once. And with different staff over the years so don't give me the mistake bs. This is the owner telling staff to be cheap. Stay away from this location

This Tim Hortons gets worse and worse the longer it’s open… shocking. Order a medium double double and got a black coffee after being “assured” it was a double double by the worker, lmfao. Ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich on an english muffin, and it’s barely slapped together. laughable really. Didn’t know tim hortons turned into DO IT YOURSELF 🤣

Typical Tim Hortons, friendly staff and good Tim's coffee/atmosphere. Only complaint for myself is that multiple times I've come through drive through placed my order and have had to wait for the staff to "check" if they have something from my order. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt until I've had multiple orders taken beside me in the other lane before being told they have it. This has ranged from bagels to sausage to hashbrown. I'm at the point where when I order I just expect them to say that. As a customer it is inconvenient to order and then have to wait for you to take multiple orders before you get back to me, I'm at the point where I just drive up when I hear that now.

Yesturday morning I had THE BEST farmers wrap I have EVER HAD from you guys (and I've tried a lot from many locations haha) But Pioneer Park Tims blew it out of the park, so delicious and perfectly made, it was exactly what I always wanted my wrap to taste like. And peeerfect amount of sauce too, sauce is keeey You guys will be my new go to's for sure Thanks so much!

I bought a large order with 3 drinks. The drinks were provided without a tray. When I requested one, the lady at the window basically reprimanded me to request for a tray prior as she shoved the tray into my hand. I requested that she put the drinks into the tray before handing them over. She further lectured me on how to process my needs. When drinks more than one, is it not normal to serve them with a tray except it is declined???

The thing i like the most is that punjabi guy in turban name jashan dhillon he is friendly and he do work like fast and furious movie… his nature is too friendly.. first i thought he is manager but when i talked to him he is supervisor….. but i like his work and i think he should be on higher vacancy..

It has been more than a day that the man's washroom 🚻 is without a toilet paper...customers has been telling the front counter people, but no one cares. I am not sure if they are underpaid that's why they lack enthusiasm to work or something else but either way ... it would be nice to look after stuff.
