I visited at the Tim Hortons today at 10:00 pm and ordered habanero veggie bowl but what i got there was no rice at all and when i went to the team member they said at this moment we have no rice. Seriously if you already knew that you are out of something then why you took the order and made that, i am totally disappointed with the service today as i always prefer to go at this store. Please let the customer know before if you are out of something so we don’t waste our money.

Ordered a cinnamon raisins bagel with butter, looked like egg was put on and then wiped off, not acceptable. Ordered on the app and charged $2 more when we picked up in store, brutal.

Everytime I go to this location the service is excellent! The staff are always friendly especially Paabh!! When you pull up to the drive thru she is always friendly with a smiling face and has your order ready! It's a great way to start your day!

I recently came in to this store as it is nearby my house so i basically have been greeted by most workers there as i am a regular. There are 2 workers there who i would like to mention. Sonia who works there is incredibly disrespectful! she rolls her eyes at me and other customers if something inconvenient happens to her and she is constantly talking in another language around customers which i find very unprofessional. Everytime i come inside to order food and she is working, she is also rude to the younger staff or anyone that gets in her way. On a more positive note, i would like to mention this younger girl who works there. I’m pretty sure her name is Emily. She is the sweetest! She always greets with a smile and my coffee is fresh everytime. When i order food she also always makes sure my bagel is perfect and will ask me questions to make sure everything is correct. she is such a nice young lady and has such positive future ahead of her. If you ever see her working (short, blue eyes, brown hair) make sure to give her a smile because she deserves it!
