I just ordered a bagel with jam and found a hair in it. At first, it looked like a short piece of hair, but then I pulled it to make sure it wasn’t mine. As I kept pulling, more of the hair, covered in jam, came out. It’s gross. If I weren’t already on my way to Toronto, I would have turned back to speak to someone about this. Very disappointed.
Please make sure this doesn't happen to others.

New people service is not good …they gave me old bagel and said it’s yours even I said it’s cold they just microwaved it but I asked for double toasted …hope you guys improve the service next time disappointed even I punched the order for now and I waited for 15 min and I need to ask where is my order …please get back the old people back 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

It's a Tim Horton, not much to expect, the coffee is watery, the service is ok, the food is barely edible but they do try to sell you cookies so that 90% of your donation goes to their overhead and maybe a few cents gets to the charity.

The best tim Hortons location ..the staff are great always helpful always very friendly Place is spotless. I have never had any issues with this location.service is very quick .this my favorite location..other locations could learn from this location in customer service cleanness..thank you tim Hortons at ottawa & Strasbourg for great service

Literally watched one of the girls drop a donut on the floor and then pick it up, put it in a bag and serve it to somebody out the drive-thru window..... But these people are absolutely disgusting
Extremely disappointed with customer service at this Tim Hortons location. We went through the drive thru and ordering of our food was fine. When we get to the window we received our coffee by a different employee than the one that took our order and we said thank you but this employee said nothing back, just a strange look as if she was upset, no smile and she walked away while we were left there waiting for the rest of our order, came back with our 2nd drink and same thing just a odd look and we said thank you again, but no response and walked away again. Third time she approached us with our food and same thing happened. So the whole time she didn’t even say nothing to us and just had this angry look in her face.. just disappointing to see this kind of customer service and not even acknowledging us when we said thank you twice. This happened Nov 1st around 7 pm.
The gentlemen who works at the right hand cash every morning at 8am gives outstanding customer service, and he is quick and efficient. Thank you for being excellent.
