Somewhat hit or miss cuz it’s still a Timmy’s and it can’t be good every single time u go but definitely one of the most reliable Tim’s in the area, and all of the workers I’ve met were super nice! It may take a minute just cuz the service is better quality and they listen to what you’re asking for but definitely worth it considering other places it’s like they just slap everything together to as fast as they can to get you out! Overall it’s the only Tim’s I go to

I live around corner durring the week the drive thru team at 6am is good. The quality of tim Horton's has gone down substantially. When you employed bakers prior to 2014 the products were fresh like donuts, bread bowls, and county baguettes for sandwiches. It hurt us so bad my wife is opening her bakery and coffee shop to to offer county taste again. But on weekdays after 7am your drive thru team is not at par. Lady seems to hate her job everyday. The tims on route eastbound is the best freshest and best drive thru team. They don't park they clear every car between 15 sec and 2min max full food orders. Please take the time and go through that drive thru anytime of the morning and it is clock work.

Gunjan, Mike and Pranit work at both front counters, plus drive through. They're always displaying a pleasant attitude while patiently waiting for me to decide what to order. If you're a regular it's already programmed in their minds. You'll definitely receive speedy service - everytime. I believe it could be named (Team) Tim Hortons. Furthermore, background (i.e Nichol) including others not seen in photo, make this whole operation run smooth and deliciously effective. I'm sure you will agree, there's a fulfilling experience, drinking excellent coffee, or feeling everyone's personality while visiting this location.

I usually come to this branch from time to time, but this was my first time ordering takeout in person, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience.
When I arrived, one of the staff members clearly saw me at the counter but chose not to assist me. Instead, another girl came to help and took my order. The staff member with the nose piercing showed no interest in helping at any point, and even when I tried to explain what I wanted, she gave me the wrong items. When I politely asked for them to be corrected, she seemed unwilling to make the change and acted as though I was bothering her.
What upset me most was that she then tried to lecture me on how I should speak to her, even though I had been the one disrespected from the beginning. In the end, I just wanted my order so I could leave, but she even held on to the bag and delayed giving it to me.
This was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I hope management takes this seriously, as customers deserve respect and proper service

I just ordered a bagel with jam and found a hair in it. At first, it looked like a short piece of hair, but then I pulled it to make sure it wasn’t mine. As I kept pulling, more of the hair, covered in jam, came out. It’s gross. If I weren’t already on my way to Toronto, I would have turned back to speak to someone about this. Very disappointed.
New people service is not good …they gave me old bagel and said it’s yours even I said it’s cold they just microwaved it but I asked for double toasted …hope you guys improve the service next time disappointed even I punched the order for now and I waited for 15 min and I need to ask where is my order …please get back the old people back 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

It's a Tim Horton, not much to expect, the coffee is watery, the service is ok, the food is barely edible but they do try to sell you cookies so that 90% of your donation goes to their overhead and maybe a few cents gets to the charity.
