Worst service ever. Very disappointed. I had to wait for a croissant for 5 mins. Moreover I asked to heat the biscoff croissant and they left the waxie in it and the croissant filling spread in the bag. Not recommended.

I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent staff and service at this Tim Hortons location. I recently reached out to Customer Support to provide feedback about the Tim Rewards design, but there was a bit of misunderstanding on their end—they mentioned they might contact the restaurant owners and management. I’m writing this review to ensure that management knows that, regardless, the level of customer service here is always outstanding. The team is friendly, efficient, and consistently provides a great experience, which I truly appreciate.

Went here Yesterday around 11:30 PM for coffee since Google showed it open 24 hours. As soon as we entered, a staff member (Pam, the baker) yelled at us to leave, leave now, leave without even answering if the store was open. She looked at us with clear disgust, and the whole experience felt racist and deeply disrespectful. Very disappointing — we won’t be returning.
