Tim Hortons - Temporarily Closed

I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent staff and service at this Tim Hortons location. I recently reached out to Customer Support to provide feedback about the Tim Rewards design, but there was a bit of misunderstanding on their end—they mentioned they might contact the restaurant owners and management. I’m writing this review to ensure that management knows that, regardless, the level of customer service here is always outstanding. The team is friendly, efficient, and consistently provides a great experience, which I truly appreciate.

Went here Yesterday around 11:30 PM for coffee since Google showed it open 24 hours. As soon as we entered, a staff member (Pam, the baker) yelled at us to leave, leave now, leave without even answering if the store was open. She looked at us with clear disgust, and the whole experience felt racist and deeply disrespectful. Very disappointing — we won’t be returning.

The worst customer service
The guy was taking out garbage nearby us while we were eating , and the flies came all over

The in-room dining closes at 11pm or midnight. The Tim Hortons website says 24 in-room dining. Had to beg to be served through the drive through. Was traveling for work and stayed at a nearby hotel. Update your website to reflect your current in-room dining hours!!!!!!!

I was visiting the area thought I would drop by pick up one iced Capp. It took them 15 minutes maybe since it was a large size they needed the extra time. No apologies no sorry no eye contact. After 15 minutes she dropped it into the counter and acted busy with something else when the restaurant was in reality empty. Will never come again very very rude staff

Have a hard time ordering a Large Double Double, and Prices seem to go up 5 cents a month.

I go to weber timmies all the time and the one employee/manager I've met there goes by the name Milad and he's a pretty cool guy and I chat him up all the time when im there. He's very personable and easy to get along with.
