Tim Hortons - Temporarily Closed

This is the worse time Hortons ever seen in Kitchener Waterloo slow service stupid stuff failure management every time I order thing I never get it perfect should I speak other language to explain for them I’m so sad i don’t feel my self in

On the recent visit to this location, we had our little toddler to go to washroom but staff blocked both available washrooms saying both are being cleaned at the same time. Very unfair practices being a Tim Hortons franchise. Even after several requests staff denied saying both are being cleaned and some chemicals are being used and what not: This would discourage people like to visit Tim Hortons given the treatment

I do not recommend this location at all.. always issues.. slow service.. multiple times now they dont have eggs for breakfast.. poor management obviously.. Tim Hortons has really gone downhill since they mass hired new Canadians.

Good lord, this is probably the worst Tim Hortons i've ever encountered. Ask for an extra large double cream, get an extra large 4x4. Want to stop in on my way to work? 30 minute drive thru line up. This Tim Hortons needs to enter the game, not just step it up.

Food prices r way too much for the food specially for like wraps n sandwiches.. like u barely get anything of the slow cooked chicken I the wraps n they charge almost $7 for them ... they really should b $4 at most and same with the sandwiches too and also don't think for a large ice cap is $4.75 when u barely have the cup properly filled up. I think that prices should b way lower then they are.
Also we need the old tim hortons back ... I only ever have seen just one person there working that is white n then the rest r foreigners that can't barely understand n or speak English...and the drive thru is way worse like u need to repeat or order multiple times regardless of whatever it is ... n also they rush u thru the drive thru too.
