Dropped in on way to an appointment to get a coffee. Total on sign was $1.92. Handed her a $5. Received $2 back. Nice that she gave herself a 50% tip. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would have gone back around to keep her honest.

On 23rd August 2025 at 4 PM, I had a disappointing service experience. My first order went smoothly, but when I tried to place a second one, I was left waiting for 3–4 minutes. None of the staff seemed interested in taking the order, and I eventually gave up. There were 4–5 girls working, but none of them acknowledged me and walking past as if I wasn’t there.

Walked in to the Tim’s went to the counter and said “Hi can I get potato wedges with chipotle please” the worker replied back “ 2 wedges?” I said “no thank you just one with chipotle” she then proceeded to punch in 1 wedge with 5 ketchup??? After I paid she then turned around and another woman told her there were no potato wedges at all that day and tell me to get something else. The lady then asked me what else I want and I replied “ill just have a cinnamon raisin bagel with butter please” she said okay then proceeded to take a three cheese bagel and put it in the toaster. At this point I just gave up I didn’t care I just wanted food and to leave. Then I hear her screaming at the top of her lungs “bagel with butter bagel with butter” points at me and hands me my bagel. I leave open my bagel and it’s a 3 cheese bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese no butter in sight. This just ruined my day.

Please stop handing people bagels, wraps etc. that have butter, oil, or sauce on the outside. If you have to hand someone something while holding a napkin to avoid getting dirty yourself, re-wrap it with a new paper.
More often then not I get soaked wrappers - either change your gloves more often, clean the counter space, or simply wipe the wrappers off before handing it to people.

Some table tops are wobbly & need to be fixed where the table meets the pole(not the feet part). Although they say the donuts are made fresh every morning, I've had chocolate dip donuts that definitely tasted dry. I finally got up the nerve to take the donut back & get my money back because i was dining in, when i get drive thru, I can't do anything about it. In this economy, i refuse to pay $1.50 for a donut that is not fresh.

Absolutely The worst Timmies I have ever been to. The place was littered and dirty as you walk in. The washrooms, well I wouldn't use them. Filthy!!
The food... very scarce and what was on display was stale and old looking.Only a few donuts to choose from and they were sad looking.
The coffee, I ordered a M dark roasted black coffee as usual. I appreciate that it is always hot and took 10 minutes to cool so I could drink it as usual. No problem there. When I was several miles away and started to drink it well it was without doubt the absolute worst coffee I ever had. It has an old, strong, bottom of the pot taste. It was 3:20 and must have been the same pot as in the early morning. Not to mention it took 3 tries to get the manager to understand that I only wanted a M black coffee.
Timmies has really gone down hill since the new influx of management/workers have taken over.
Really sad how Tim Horton's have changes after 40 years of good coffee and service.
Another loyal customer gone.
It is much harder and costly to bring in new customers than to maintain existing customers.

January 11 @2:00 If I wanted a bagel w nothing on it I would’ve asked for it? Spend 2 more seconds of the time to actually put cream cheese on it then worrying about your drive thru times. I’ve worked in fast food I get the times but this is just stupid behavior from whoever they decided to put on kitchen😀
