The Tim Hortons at Frederick St., Plaza has to have the nicest employees of any Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They are friendly. They are quick with your order and they always ask how you’re doing.

Unfortunately I really dislike giving a poor rating but I came through the drive thru this morning around 11 am . I ordered a large chai tea, two milk one sugar, and every time I go through the drive thru, I need to ask for a sleeve for the cup. The tea is boiling hot through the cup. I do not understand how we expect customers to hold this, plus my tea was not stirred. The best Tim Hortons is on King St. Corner of Charles street they get it right every time. Plus no smile from the young international girl , there was no see you again, thanks for coming. I’m amazed at the lack of service hopefully it will get better. I don’t come often once every two weeks to a Tim’s but it has to be better. It’s really not that hard.
Vegetarian options: Bagels, croissants, tea biscuits, plenty of things.
Parking: Have staff smile!

I go here all the time because it’s on my way to work, but unfortunately that’s gonna have to stop because this Tim’s doesn’t know how to properly make a coffee to save a life. I don’t think there’s been a single time they’ve made my coffee right. Either it’s not stirred and I get to the bottom of my coffee and it’s like syrup, or there will be no sugar or anything in it to begin with and I’m stuck with an overly bitter coffee that takes me hours to drink.
