Unfortunately, my visit to this Tim Hortons location was quite underwhelming. While the food was decent and lived up to the usual Tim Hortons standard (4/5), and the atmosphere was fairly pleasant (4/5), the service left a lot to be desired (1/5).
The staff seemed inattentive or unmotivated, and there was a noticeable lack of efficiency in handling orders. This had a major impact on the overall experience, prompting me to rate it just 1 star overall.
I hope the management takes note and works on improving the service quality, as this location has potential with a few key changes.

My daughter just called just now to ask a question about a job interview and ask if their manger has a interview today but then right after she finished she got yelled at by an employee and they hanged up so she called again and they hanged up right away when she spoke and didn’t even finish what she had to say. Horrible customer service. So shocked that’s the way this Tim’s treat their customers especially teenagers

I had a great experience at the drive-thru yesterday with Deepka. She greeted me with a big smile and such a friendly attitude! Even though I didn’t know about the iced coffee and French vanilla coupons, she took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me the coupons too. Her service was kind, helpful, and professional — really made my day. She’s doing a great job!

I was there yesterday morning and I ordered Breakfast Wrap and French Vanilla. I am a regular customer every time I come here I usually get Iced Coffee or French Vanilla. But the girl at the counter yesterday was very nice and sweet and her name was Deepka she was so helpful and she even offered me to take survey coupons for the first time while no one ever does that for me but she did I didn’t even know about that. She was really sweet and great! We need more people like her’! 😁

I was served by a very helpful and kind lady named Avin during afternoon service . From her smile , to her quick but caring service, and even her appearance & attire . You can tell she is a valuable member of the team and a great person overall . I’d gladly come back if not just for great coffee and clean atmosphere, but to be served by her again .
