This Tim Hortons if they are busy or not, I wait from 5 to 15 minutes every day to get my coffee today. There was two cars in the front of me and I was more than 15 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee and the cars in the front of me all the order is coffee as well no food nothing else it’s been going for a good time by now. i’m adding to my review. This is the January 24 and I always come and get my water in a plastic cup but today they refused to sell it to me and they always give it. I don’t see a point in here if you’re not allowed to sell it why you guys been selling it to me for a while and now you won’t do it just because you don’t want to.

I placed a mobile order, but no one seemed to notice or take care of it. It took almost 15–20 minutes before someone finally acknowledged and started preparing it. I was just standing there waiting with no assistance, and it felt like no one was really bothered to help. The staff seemed too occupied with other tasks. The management definitely needs to improve attention toward mobile orders.

Customer service at Tim Hortons is non existent. You don't speak to anyone and directed to use kiosk. Sat here for 10mins people kept walking by and wouldn't even acknowledge you... Things keep getting worse at Tim's. McDonald's has better customer service and coffee. Even rewards program is better plus 1.30 medium coffee so cheaper as well.
