I placed a mobile order, but no one seemed to notice or take care of it. It took almost 15–20 minutes before someone finally acknowledged and started preparing it. I was just standing there waiting with no assistance, and it felt like no one was really bothered to help. The staff seemed too occupied with other tasks. The management definitely needs to improve attention toward mobile orders.

Customer service at Tim Hortons is non existent. You don't speak to anyone and directed to use kiosk. Sat here for 10mins people kept walking by and wouldn't even acknowledge you... Things keep getting worse at Tim's. McDonald's has better customer service and coffee. Even rewards program is better plus 1.30 medium coffee so cheaper as well.

One of the worst service experience at any of the hundreds of Tim Hortons I have visited in the last 10 years or so. Avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs, even if you have to drive a few extra mins to get to the next one.

Disappointing Experience at This Tim Hortons
Unfortunately, my visit to this Tim Hortons location was quite underwhelming. While the food was decent and lived up to the usual Tim Hortons standard (4/5), and the atmosphere was fairly pleasant (4/5), the service left a lot to be desired (1/5).
The staff seemed inattentive or unmotivated, and there was a noticeable lack of efficiency in handling orders. This had a major impact on the overall experience, prompting me to rate it just 1 star overall.
I hope the management takes note and works on improving the service quality, as this location has potential with a few key changes.
