this tim hortons is very small, and as a result they seem to run out of most things earlier than some other locations would. any time i go after 5 pm, they've run out of timbits and chili despite closing several hours later. otherwise, service is good and staff are friendly. there is no seating in this location as it is attached to the gas station

I have an 11 month old daughter so have a stroller with me every time, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they have the handicapped doors disabled. While it doesn’t affect me as much, think about people who physically CANT get into the store unless those are working.
And from what I know the workers TURN IT OFF, I’ve watched managers turn it back on so I could get out after watching me struggle to get in.

I tried to redeem a survey for the $1 iced coffee, but was told it was “from the month before.”
This didn’t make sense, as it is early October and I had received the code at the end of September. Their own website clearly states you have 30 days to redeem it, which I explained, but the staff member didn’t care and refused to honour it, yet still took my receipt.
Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning to this location.
