I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed an order for an iced coffee without the ice when I recieved my coffee I noticed the cup was not even filled 3 quarter of the way I asked her to fill up the cup the Indian girl in the back yelled out that it's not supposed to be filled up, instead of apologizing her colleagues joined the conversation and started accusing me of giving them a hard time and started arguing with me that the cup is not supposed to be filled up, this is how they treat customers at this location I don't know who trained them but it's pretty obvious they don't know a thing about customer service or how to interact with paying customer's

This behavior is unacceptable for any business, let alone someone in a managerial position. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and frustrating. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to others.

I stopped by early this morning on my way to work and waited in line, hoping to start my day with a French Vanilla. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong order—a normal coffee instead. This not only ruined my mood but also threw off my entire morning.
When I returned to resolve the issue, I handed back the incorrect drink and asked for a refund. Not only was there no apology, but there was also no offer of compensation for my wasted time and inconvenience.
Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially during busy hours when every minute counts. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both accuracy and courtesy. A little empathy and attention to detail can go a long way.
