Burnt food provided on drive thru and its absolutely not edible

I came here for some coffee and other stuff, ask staff where are washrooms, staff very rudely told me we closed the washrooms at 9 pm. I am surprised with their behaviour and mentioning that people are making mess so we closed the washrooms, very disrespectful. I lived in Bradford, came here to meet a friend and got a very bad experience at this Tim Horton 😔

Are you kidding me? We have to ask permission to use the bathroom? Are we 4 years old in kindergarden? Treat customers like adults. And when you ask for the key, they sigh and act as if you as a customer are an inconvenience to them. It feels like we are getting worse as a country, not better. Tim's is a part of what it means to be Canadian. Do better.
