I understand a location using an abbreviated menu, because there's zero space available for them to serve anything other than very basic baked goods, but as a Tim Hortons franchise they don't even accept Tim Hortons Rewards?? At that point just close so that the gas station has room to put something a little bit more useful in there

Tim hortons has really gone downhill this location is joining the many others in not being able to even handle a bagel order like yes you have to smear both sides and cut it in half and freshly toast it sorry but not sorry.

Tell me how I ordered a “four cheese bagel with a side of potato wedges” only to NOT get potato wedges. My boyfriend went in to get the wedges he paid for and we didn’t get, only to get sassed by the women working. We get home and they put wedges ON THE BAGEL! What the hell is this? Like are you kidding me? And the guy ahead of my boyfriend also had to go in after the drive thru because they messed up his order too! Don’t go here. They clearly don’t give a crap about you, or your food. Ridiculous.

I've been avoiding Tim Hortons as a brand, due to their absolute downfall from what they used to be. Another trip on a whim and I again reminded never to waste a trip there. What a disappointment.. How do you even manage to serve burnt cookies?..

Just ordered Timbits and was charged tax. I purchase Timbits as a little snack 4 or 5 times a week from multiple locations. This is the first time I've ever been charged sales tax. It was a horrible experience with the sales girl not very helpful. This store definitely needed a bad review.

This store is the worst, the ladies working there spend more time chatting to each other and on there cellphones then listening and taking orders correctly. I always bring my own cup and they charge me full price when I tell them it’s cheaper they say No not here… what? And they never have steeped
