First, let me tell you this is the only place i found in all of kitchener which sells jalapeño bagels. I called 8 Tim’s before finding this one. I would appreciate the lady who was on call. She was very polite compared to other Tim’s. The bagel was made to perfection. The coffee was hot, and the staff seemed very coordinated. The taste was good and there was little to no rush. Speed of service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and courteous...store is clean and given that the environment of being in a hospital the staff treats everyone with respect and for a brief moment you forget you are in a hospital
