I don't go to this location often as it is not the most accessible...HOWEVER, went late morning on Sunday Aug 10 and had an amazing experience in the drive thru. The lady taking orders was fast and concise. The person taking payment and handing out order was pleasant and efficient. The food was hot and fresh. Overall very impressive experience. Will be back more often =)

Update ! - If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a complete disaster — from the owners to the management, from the service to the environment. The way the owners and management speak to their staff — especially in front of customers — is absolutely disgraceful. I’ve personally witnessed multiple incidents where employees were belittled and disrespected like they meant nothing. It’s dehumanizing, embarrassing, and downright shameful.

The owners clearly lack even basic leadership skills, let alone the emotional intelligence to run a business. It honestly seems like they’ve never stepped into a management course or learned how to treat people with dignity. Watching how they behave has made me sick to my stomach — I will never return here again.

To the owners: If you can’t respect the very people who keep your business running, you don’t deserve to run one. Take a hard look in the mirror, and maybe, just maybe, go back to school to learn how to lead with integrity. God bless the staff for enduring such toxic treatment — they deserve so much better.

The Dude

Went to get some treats for my kids and their friends using some gift cards I had. Card wouldn't swipe in the drive through so I went inside to have them fix the issue. Workers had no idea what to do, wasted plenty of time, and eventually scratched the card to punch in the number manually. In scratching the card the worker absolutely destroyed the card and removed numbers, making the card unusable. Manager refused to honour the amount written on the card implying I wrote that there to defraud them. Insulting, embarrassing, and a waste of time. Unacceptable service, and money that's been destroyed through negligence.

I noticed a fly on one of the brownies, and when I informed a staff member, he simply pulled the trays out and put them back so the fly would fly away. Shockingly, he didn’t bother to remove or discard the specific brownie that had the fly on it.

I had a great experience at the Tim Hortons in front of Costco in Kitchener. I had ordered the Watermelon Cruncher with Lemonade but accidentally dropped it on the floor. I informed an employee named Riddhi, and even though it was completely my fault, she kindly reassured me, apologized, and told me not to worry.she’d make me another one. I insisted on paying for it, but she still made a fresh one for me at no charge. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out, and I was truly impressed by the level of customer service. Riddhi went above and beyond, and I hope her manager sees how valuable she is to the team.

A 20$ breakfast meal from here was better than a 90$ ihop breakfast I had the other day lol the service from the young guy at the front counter was excellent as well, the dining room was chill and clean and they let you charge ur phone love it

Very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons on June 23, 2025, around 8:00 AM. The coffee was packed so poorly that it spilled all over my car seat. The customer in front of me also seemed unhappy with their service. The staff member handling the packing was completely unprofessional — no care at all. Morning rush is no excuse for careless service. Do better.

They messed up my order as usual. Customer service sucks. As I stood there waiting for them to fix my order they put the fixed order on the counter and walked away. Didn't tell me it was fixed and ready to go or even hand it to me... absolute garbage customer service. Sad thing is I go there everyday at the same time and get the same thing. You'd think they would remember me or my order but NOPE. I guess that's the world we live in nowadays 😕

If i could give 0 star that would be nice too, last week i place a mobile order with coffee mocha and donut during midnight and another bakery, they hand me a bag with nothing, i reached home and gave them a call back asking for donut and then they tell me, “ actually we dont have it right now so we did not gave you” i mean atleast let us know at the window, nevermind i ask him that there is no steam milk in my coffee mocha as well, and he was arguing that it comes like this only, its just a coffee and chocolate syrup, like what?? Today i went again and ordered iced coffee with almond milk and too my surprise no almond milk just a regular with burnt coffee. Such a disappointment
