I asked for a four cheese bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese tomato and bacon and they gave me the cream cheese and tomato and I guess said f it mayo sounds great with cream cheese! I said bacon 4 times!

Three times in the last week I've ordered a French vanilla with half decaf coffee. Three times I've been given french vanilla and either original roast, or fricken dark roast. Three drinks I've given to my husband because I cannot drink them. I give up, how can every other location get it right but this one can't!? Are the pot lids wrong? Are you brewing the wrong pouch? I don't get it. I've worked at Tim's, this is not a hard order, the decaf pot is easily recognizable.... Wtf!?
The owner of the store is controlling and screams at his employees in front of the crew and guests. I love the employees here but they don’t deserve to work under someone who can’t control his emotions.

I liked classic cheese croissant ? but they stopped it ? i would also prefer grill cheese melt instead of flat bread pizza. Rest of it is fine .had good experience
