I don't go to this location often as it is not the most accessible...HOWEVER, went late morning on Sunday Aug 10 and had an amazing experience in the drive thru. The lady taking orders was fast and concise. The person taking payment and handing out order was pleasant and efficient. The food was hot and fresh. Overall very impressive experience. Will be back more often =)

Came in and place was dead waited 2 mins no one came finally said hello saw the person put there phone down and finally come up front they were friendly and fast once they came to the front.

I had a great experience at the Tim Hortons in front of Costco in Kitchener. I had ordered the Watermelon Cruncher with Lemonade but accidentally dropped it on the floor. I informed an employee named Riddhi, and even though it was completely my fault, she kindly reassured me, apologized, and told me not to worry.she’d make me another one. I insisted on paying for it, but she still made a fresh one for me at no charge. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care really stood...
