I recently ordered an iced coffee and I was extremely disappointed. The cup was filled almost entirely with ice, leaving barely any coffee to drink. When I brought this up with the manager, instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told that I should have been more specific with my instructions.
As someone who regularly orders iced coffee, I know what the standard amount of ice should be and this was way too much. It felt more like I paid for a cup of ice with a splash of coffee.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially when the issue is so obvious. Unfortunately, this will be my last time visiting this location.

Today, I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream and double sugar, but it tasted incredibly bitter – like they forgot the sugar altogether. It's frustrating to specifically request and pay for something, only to receive the opposite of order. Management needs to focus on training staff to pay closer attention to order details. A simple coffee order should not be this difficult to get right. Service and atmosphere is good but it doesn’t matter when you do not provide correct order.

Disappointed with this Tim Hortons location. I ordered iced coffee twice, and both times it tasted bad—nothing like other locations where it’s fresh and tasty. Staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than serving customers. Poor service, bad attitude, and low quality. This place needs better management and staff training. Do better.
