Service is not good. most of times, I received incomplete product like sugar missing in coffee, hashbrown missing in bagel. I did not check right at window of drive thru, found once came back to home.

The male manager you have there is a completely trashy individual. Listened to me complain about this garbage American company raising prices every 4 months through the speaker and he has the audacity to swear at me and yell at me for criticizing the pricing. Excuse me ? Mr on a work visa has 0 customer service skills. Get him some training or maybe send him to another store. He can't handle the little gas store pressures.

I have came to this Tim Hortons many times before going to work and I have to say that one of them employee name Bahaar is so friendly. I know her since when she used to work in another department, Kenzie. After she moved from that department and came here, I started to visit this Tim Hortons and not only me, but her other customers have also visited this Tim Horton only because of her. She’s very sweet and very fast worker. Like I said before she deserves to be the supervisor.

This particular location is so efficient. Friendly every time, smiling staff, quick service, fresh food. Makes the correct French vanilla to coffee ratio and buns are perfectly toasted. Kudos to this store… its run well !

Walked in to buy a hazelnut cold brew clearly being advertised on there digital menu behind the cash register to be told they don't have it or any espresso beverages. It's always a dissapointing experience when something is falsely advertised.This location should be audited to make sure they are following standards.
