I worked here in high school now I go through the drive thru every day on my way to work and in the last 2-3 years the customer service sucks they are always disrespectful and have a bunch of attitude for no reason I honestly am starting to avoid this location even tho it’s pretty much across the street

can’t even pour a cup of coffee here. It usually comes spilt wet all over the sides. They don’t wipe the cups off when they hand them to you full of coffee either. Why do that? They don’t give you napkins and you can barely hear them when they take your order. Your job is to fill a cup with liquid and to communicate with another human and you still struggle with those basic functions. Sad affair. Wish I could give them a zero stars.

wanted to share some honest feedback about a Tim Hortons location I’ve frequently visited and used to really enjoy. For the past few weeks, I’ve noticed a decline in quality and service, which has been disappointing.

Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered wedges. It took a bit longer to prepare — which I was fine with — but what I received was completely burnt. I had to park my car and go inside to show the staff. The manager told me I’d need to wait again for a fresh batch. While I appreciate the offer, I felt my time wasn’t respected. If something isn’t available or up to standard, it’s better to be upfront instead of making the customer wait unnecessarily.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I’ve had a poor experience at this location. The drive-thru is often messy with empty cups scattered around, and the mic quality makes it difficult to place an order clearly.

Overall, I’m just not happy with the level of service lately. I hope the team can take this as constructive feedback and work towards improving both the cleanliness and customer experience.

Scam alert, scam alert twice this morning. I tested this Tim Hortons. They are scamming people with their points. I even asked her four times. Check the change price. Check the change price no no no no no no nothing. What a scam scam scam scam. I can’t believe this.

Look i always buy Tim Hortons from here im a regular but i just didn’t like how the associates won’t receive garbage , there’s no trash can outside for people coming through drive through . I asked if she could throw out a Tim Hortons cup that i had bought last time and an Indian lady said no and gave me a dirty look and closed the window .

The male manager you have there is a completely trashy individual. Listened to me complain about this garbage American company raising prices every 4 months through the speaker and he has the audacity to swear at me and yell at me for criticizing the pricing. Excuse me ? Mr on a work visa has 0 customer service skills. Get him some training or maybe send him to another store. He can't handle the little gas store pressures.
