This place is really dirty a bee šŸ was on the spinach feta cookie this tim Hortons staff is seriously disgusting no good customer service no welcoming face and didn't take care their food I was waiting a lot to receive my order I just waste my time and money over here. I don't recommend to go here i clicked the picture of bee but I didn't get the option to upload

They don't take 100 dollar bills, have me wait drive thru line for 20 mins to deny my order.

There are methods of checking fake bills
And put a sign saying that you don't accept 100s

I visited today, and the lady who calls herself the manager was extremely rude to an elderly gentleman. Additionally, when I received my large iced cappuccino, the whipped cream was insufficient, which I expected since I had ordered several iced cappuccinos. When I kindly asked about it, she rudely insisted that this is how they serve it and continued to argue loudly. This experience was very unprofessional and disappointing. They should train their staff, including so-called managers, to behave appropriately with customers. People like this are causing Tim Hortons to receive negative reviews nowadays.

We bought pizza which was totally bad in taste. It had no pizza quality to be called a pizza. Remove it asap.

Seems like the guy had too much arrogance. I ordered a dark roast with milk around 11:25 today. There were many customers waiting for their drinks, so I asked the guy if it was my drink — a dark roast with milk — as I wanted to make sure I wasn’t taking someone else’s order. The guy who made the drink didn’t even reply properly. I think he should be polite to customers.

The star goes to all the hardworking people over there — apart from that guy.

Not to get too personal, but it’s relevant, I have more than 12 years experiencing all areas of Customer Service. One of the employees at Tim Hortons her behaviour absolutely floored me. We order two coffees, a bagel and wrap. we scanned for points. I guess the scan didn’t work. I asked her why the discount didn’t apply And she responded with an attitude, To us in the car The attitude was so unexpected and undeserved that I actually said to her that ā€œher attitude was unnecessaryā€ Instead of apologizing as a properly trained employee would have done to continue serving the customer she rebuttal ā€œ I don’t have an attitudeā€ With even more of an attitude and whole body language, Looking at me out of the corner of her eyes, The whole 9 yards. Then she called the manager to the window to complete her transaction because she didn’t wanna deal with me anymore. I told the manager what had occurred The manager said it’s OK I’ll talk to her! I certainly didn’t feel like it was taken seriously They seemed kind of like friends, Because as I was explaining to the manager, what occurred the same employee in the background was yelling over the manager shoulder at me!
Tim Hortons at Fairview Mall We work hard for our money And we expect to be treated with respect when we choose to spend it at your establishment, Even if it is just for a cup of coffee!
Please train your staff properly ie/ your employee Kash.

Two counters were open closer to end of the day. Left counter attendant just screams to customers just because he wants to go home???
Teach them customer service and ethics please. Enroll them in such programs before putting them for customer servicing roles.

I ordered an iced coffee with espresso shot.
They said they don’t have the espresso at that location. That’s fine.
But there was a little cockroach in my coffee.
That’s not acceptable at all.
This is the quality of service you are providing to the customers.
Disgusting.
I will report to the food department about your food hygiene and quality of foods.

October 30 ,2024 at 13:50 I ordered a small black coffee and I was charged $3.77 .And I asked the lady called (if I spelled her name right) ,why you charged me $3.77 from my card and she did not even apologize for the robbery and she handed me $2 dollar coin on my hand and left away.This happened to me twice and this is very unprofessional and alraming issue.

I feel like they haven't trained they're staff. Cause they can't do complicated orders. Ask for a iced coffee made with almond milk and extra vanilla, they either forget the vanilla or the almond milk. So I always have to take it back . And then early this morning at 7am, in a none empty restaurant, you mess up a sausage bagel belt by not put sausage on it! How!?? How do you forget the main ingredient to the hole belt!?
