place was so smelly , glasses lady who was serving was scratching her head, there is a reason why this place has so many one star reviews, not recommended , I just throw the food because it was full of body hairs, worst experience probably the worst Tim Hortons I have come across .

This person's behavior is so rude. While waiting at the drive thru. He made the coffee and went to the other side to do other stuff. Cars behind me were also frustrated by really slow service. I asked this person it took a while just for a cup of coffee. He told me we are short staff and you can join if you want. Really? Now, when you are short staff and unable to manage shifts properly, will you ask your customers you come and work with you. I am really offended by this person's etiquette and customer service. 0 stars

The white canadian girl behind the counter was very nice and her service was good I gave 1 star because of her colleague a brown guy (Indian) he was very rude as i asked to use the wash room he said aw u can't use the washroom its under maintenance and put a Hand written sign saying that. He could have been polite but o think he thought that he owns the place or something. 0 customer service skill for the Indian fellow😡 and 1 thing he was saying no to most of the customers when the place was full of customers dinning in

Mostly homeless ppl and junkies hanging about, shooting up in the bathroom.
Ordered 5 Timbit variety packs and they were all filled with the same white powder and plain. No chocolate or cream filled or anything else. Now I'm stuck with 50 Timbuts the kids don't even like. GET RID OF ALL THE INDIAN EMPLOYEES they are ruining all of our food services all over Canada. They are causing recalls and contaminating our foods. These people need to go we are sick of them
