Yesterday my wife had purchased 3 mango infuzr’s unaware of the freezing issue making them taste extremely watery and undrinkable so I returned them today(Oct 6) and as always Zatoun(I believe thats the spelling) was amazing and exchanged them for me. This is the kind of people we need working at Tim Hortons everywhere.
Kid-friendliness: The ladies here are always great and my 3 kids are always excited to see Alice, Mona and a few regular ladys that are working here all the time.

Honestly they could do better I went in and my mobile order was not even started yet they literally didn’t start it until I told them I was waiting for a mobile order let alone flys were all over the bakery items which made it more disgusting

This Tim Hortons is always understaffed. Or they don’t know how to staff between drive thrus and the front counter. I literally witnessed a customer just asking if anyone works the front as there were 4 of us standing and waiting. I always mobile order, which still takes too much time and also sometimes, when I arrive they haven’t even seen the mobile order arrive yet. I usually arrive 10 mins after I’ve placed my order.
This location is too focused on the drive thrush and not the customers standing right in front of them. Which I understand, but then don’t offer front counter service.
