This location has to be one of the best in Kitchener the AM staff is unreal ‘ they are so pleasant and kind and have no attutide what so ever and are happy to help ! My coffee is always perfect I wish all locations were like this
I like their Habanero crispy bowl, little spicy and good portion for lunch . Did not had to spend lot of time, it was fast and quick. People were nice and Friendly service, actually they recommended me to try this one. Would recommend .
I order 2 coffees and a cookie but at the window I received 2 small coffee as I ordered and an extra large back coffee !!! I said to the manager I didn’t order that she ( Indian decent) got very upset and said yes you ordered it !! I insisted that we are only 2 in the car and we always order small .. she got more angry , then I said to her I have a recorder do you want me to take the SD card and play it for you only at the moment she took away the extra later coffee ..
