This is hands down the cleanest Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited! Huge shoutout to Geetha and Fexa — they are truly the BEST in the world. I ordered chicken rice bowl cilantro and potatoes wedges yesterday around 7pm it was made so delicious. The whole rice bowl was so freshly made. 5 star to the service of young boys working

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The staff is lazy and rude. Always sitting down on their phone and act like you are bothering them when you want to order. If I could give less than 1 ⭐ I would. I've read other reviews so I know I'm not the only one that feels this way. I don't understand why management doesn't do anything to solve the problem. Which is the staff.

I tried so hard to like this Tim’s location, but the staff make it impossible. They are often rude and do not seem to want to work there. I usually get a coffee during my lunch break, but I will make an extra coffee at home so I don’t need to deal with them.

I totally love that when I work a long 12 hour day, that I get to run downstairs to the Tims, wait several minutes while they sit at their staff table on personal calls while I wait patiently, only for them to scowl, roll their eyes and hesitantly get up to take my order… the best part, not even a hi, what can I get for you? I get a “Ya?” Why do these women even work in this industry. It was a blessing when they were gone for two weeks!

Who ever owns this place needs to take a long hard look at the way it functions. Ice cap machine not working more than it is. No trays ( try to push a wheelchair with 2 cups of hot coffee ). Cold coffee. And the kicker is the people who work there don’t want to be there so who cares anyway ?
