Last 2 reviews sound nearly identical and bot-like. Besides the point. Unfortunate experience today. Ordered a sandwich, someone took it accidentally, but I was informed another was being made. 5 orders later, no sandwich. Try to flag down staff 3x, no one is listening, just talking to presumably friends that were customers. Eventually got to flag someone down, and was informed the person making the sandwich didn't get the order - despite 5 minutes prior saying it was there?
Main complaint is not there was a legitimate delay in the sandwich, more the lack of attention. Having to ask 'excuse me' 4 times because people are socializing isn't really acceptable while at work and people are waiting. Attitude changed when refund was requested, but at that point, i'm out of time and patience. Sadly, will likely not be going back here for lunch or other reason.

I visited this Tim Hortons in the evening and had a great experience. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich through the drive-thru, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The sandwich really hit the spot!
The drive-thru service was also impressively fast and efficient. The staff were friendly and got the order right with no delays. Overall, a smooth and satisfying visit. Definitely coming back again!

Very poor service. If there was 0 star would do that. Its be taken over by Indian employees who don't understand English when taking orders they mess up alot and when u ask em they are very rude as if thats the only place I can get coffee I went thru drive thru this location had to repeat my order more then 3 times had 1 double double 10 timbits 1 ice cap 1 everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and when I got to the window some items the bagel and and ice cap were missing when I asked the girl replied you no order this u only order coffee and timbits. I said u didn't understand its ok just add that up and we good she said we no take orders at window I am like u messed up so just add up. She called other lady and both were like oh no we no take order here. I was a regular customer at this place But since tjis international students have been hired Service went from 100% to maybe 30% Sad for tnis place I guess will be going to McDonald's as their coffee is better and service is much better then most of the Tim Hortons

Asked extra for the larger cup. Said it's a new policy but seen only seen in this location.
Management should have done a better job in creating this gender neutral bathroom. There was myself and a male bus driver that needed to use the bathroom, and the door on the left was occupied for a long time, and each of us needed to go to the bathroom. We ended up using the female bathroom, and I'll do it again because what could have I done? Wait, and pee in my pants, or pee around the corner of the building?

That flat bread pizza should be given to detainees in guantanamo bay, as a form of torture. It was horrible.

I visit this location probably once a month or so. The food is standard timmies: consistently what you'd expect. It is a small location though so they seem to have less range than other larger locations, and a cozier sitting area. Still, it's probably my favorite location. The folks there are always really nice and patient, and the lady with the glasses and the (hijab?) is super sweet.
