the employees and both manager are very understanding, compassionate, hard working!! they care for their customers and overall is an amazing Tim Hortons I highly recommend!!

Very poor service. If there was 0 star would do that. Its be taken over by Indian employees who don't understand English when taking orders they mess up alot and when u ask em they are very rude as if thats the only place I can get coffee I went thru drive thru this location had to repeat my order more then 3 times had 1 double double 10 timbits 1 ice cap 1 everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and when I got to the window some items the bagel and and ice cap were missing when I asked the girl replied you no order this u only order coffee and timbits. I said u didn't understand its ok just add that up and we good she said we no take orders at window I am like u messed up so just add up. She called other lady and both were like oh no we no take order here. I was a regular customer at this place But since tjis international students have been hired Service went from 100% to maybe 30% Sad for tnis place I guess will be going to McDonald's as their coffee is better and service is much better then most of the Tim Hortons

Management should have done a better job in creating this gender neutral bathroom. There was myself and a male bus driver that needed to use the bathroom, and the door on the left was occupied for a long time, and each of us needed to go to the bathroom. We ended up using the female bathroom, and I'll do it again because what could have I done? Wait, and pee in my pants, or pee around the corner of the building?

I visit this location probably once a month or so. The food is standard timmies: consistently what you'd expect. It is a small location though so they seem to have less range than other larger locations, and a cozier sitting area. Still, it's probably my favorite location. The folks there are always really nice and patient, and the lady with the glasses and the (hijab?) is super sweet.

Service and food were fine. Tables and floors were filthy. When asked to clean the tables, we were initially ignored.
After ten minutes, they finally cleaned our table, but none of the others.
It was brisk in terms of being busy but not crazy. There was enough time to clean tables.
Also, it is not an easily accessible location. Dangerous from Glasgow entrance.
Management should fire the short filipino manager- disgustingly rude and just awful toward customers. Staff doesn’t understand simple English or customer service. People should NOT visit this location.
Filipino Manager is going to be rude to the wrong person one day who’s willing to wait in the parking lot until they finish their shift.

Waited 10 minutes in line while quite possibly the slowest worker i have ever seen painstakingly did one drink at a time with zero sense of urgency. All the other workers were hustling until one noticed this and took over at the till.

I visited the Tim Hortons on Belmont recently, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. ☕ While the location is super convenient, I found the service to be slower than expected, and the quality was a bit hit or miss. The staff were friendly, which was a plus, but I had to wait longer than I’d hoped. Also, the place could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. It’s fine if you’re in the area and need a quick coffee, but don’t be surprised if there are a few hiccups. 🕒✨
