Amazing collection of food. Staff is very friendly and suggestive they are very patient the store is little old. It still maintains the old charm of Tim Hortons

Gagan always gives amazing customer service. Every time I visit, she is polite, friendly, and very fast with orders. She handles busy times with a smile and makes customers feel welcome. Her professionalism and attitude really stand out.

I placed a mobile order for a crispy chicken habanero wrap and for 2 steep teas. I placed the order and waited for more than 15minutes and reached the tim and there we had to wait for almost 10min to get the order. We placed the mobile order as we were in a hurry but they made us wait and was of no use of the mobile order. And the wrap was also not good. It was not of the usual size and the fillings were also not proper. It was more saucy on one side and there was no sauce on the other end. This was the worst experience that I recently had. And on top of that I used my Tim points for this order which was a waste.

I ordered medium ice coffee with an espresso shot, at the window I ordered another one the manager (as she was saying) told me that if I am doing purposely she is not gonna make it for me.
After a few arguments she just closed the window at my face and didn't served me my order.
Worst treatment and worst customer service.
I can't believe what happened to to Canada where it once was customer first.

I went to order loaded wrap at 8:30 pm, the manager(gaganpreet) said its not possible bcoz we are closing at 9:00 pm, however google says they close at 11 pm. Then I asked for pizza, again she replied with same that we are closing at 9 and we have started cleaning already. So no wrap or pizza is possible.

Forgot to make our food and then took 10 more mins to make it. Never had worse service at a Tim Hortons. Total 20 mins to get 1 wrap

Probably the worst Tims I've been to so far. Believe me, I have work in restaurants for 2 years so I know how hard the industry is, I am always polite and very patient, but sometimes terrible service needs to be called out.
The old white lady at the counter is extremely rude, there was a cute lil kid front for me giving his order and she was very condescending to him. We had to wait at the counter for 5mins while she had her back on us the entire time, she can simply say that she'd be there in a minute but nothing.
She was rude to the uber pick up guy too.
She is even rude to her workers.
Unfortunately this is the only time close to my home.
Someone should tell the old lady how to interact with people, save us from her bitter attitude.

had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I was standing and waiting to place my order when a staff member appeared, but she completely ignored me. She didn’t make eye contact, and made no effort to take my order. She just went about her work as if I wasn’t there. I stood waiting, expecting some acknowledgment, but nothing happened. It was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel disrespected as a customer. Eventually, I gave up and walked away without ordering. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer service environment. I hope management addresses this issue with the staff involved. No customer should be treated this way.

Staff is absolutely oblivious of what is going on. I waited at the counter and I wasn’t sure whether am waiting to be served or having a staring contest with the staff. All of them assisting over the phone while am waiting in front of the counter. My girlfriend was assisted by a girl who was totally clueless about what a sleeve was and she then disappeared to assist on whatever call.I don’t blame only them for that clearly the management should hire more people to do their online orders. What annoyed me is that I witnessed them taking 2 drive thru/online orders each before I had to interrupt them to have my order served.

I went to use a $3 protein latte coupon and ordered a large vanilla protein latte. The total was $6.60... From $3.... and their reasoning was because I added vanilla. So they wanted to charge me $3.60 for a vanilla shot. Rather than just ringing it through as a protein latte and then adding an extra vanilla shot charge after. So instead of trying to fix the issue, they basically blamed me for not realizing that the vanilla wasn't included in the three dollars and that it changed the coupon. I left and went to McDonald's and got a large vanilla latte for $5.30. Good job Tim Hortons I will never be back to your location
