I am disappointed. I really feel bad for the team that has to deal with such a rude manager. I came to visit this lication 21 nov afternoon. Manager Stephanie was taking interviews. But her behavior with the staff on counter, specifically with her assistant, was so rude. She was trying to talk, but the manager didn't even care to listen to her and shouted for no reason. I got my coffee as assistant served me and went to get dark roast for me. But she outright told her assistant people were waiting as it was merely two and assistant served us both then went to get us a coffee. The manager needs to learn patience and better management. Felt bad for charanjit. I frequently visit this location and know almost everyone. But experiences are bad on Thursday and Friday's as i always get to see the manager yelling at the team and her assistant. I barely see her on the floor. She should work on the floor if she has these many issues. I tried to talk to charan, and one two otger team member they said their manager is nyc, but i feel otherwise. Will avoid this location mostly.

I was just in the drive thru and ordered an iced cap when i got to the window the drink was barely filled and when i asked them to fill it more they said “according to our standards, we cant” and they pointed to the line and argued with me over the amount that needs to be filled. I left the drive thru and didn't get the drink. It was a female international student @12:16 pm today

They never have decaf.. It was never like this before! They say they just ran out, Have 2 pots going, its not that difficult. Terrible customer service! They just don't care! They did with the previous owner and staff!! Will not come back, shame on you!!

i love tim . But when I went there in Courtland they have very bad service. I waited for more than usual. O ordered potato wedges its ready still no one called for my name. After 10 min when I go to counter for wedges she was like its here since . I told at least call the order . I was waiting here since 10 minutes.Very Bad service. I don't like such rude behavior. Never recommend anyone to go in such environment.

I got 2 bagels and they came with both tops on one and both bottoms on one my coffee tasted burnt and had no sugar in it and the french vanilla i ordered was cold and also had a burnt taste to it.

I am a frequent customer to this Tim Hortons, and it seems that every time I eat from here, it is a disappointment. The egg on my sandwich was Grey. So I decide to get a bagel, but then they will spread a quarter of the bagel with cream cheese and barely cut it in half. Disappointing and wasted a lot of money.

Hi Team,
I visited courtland Tim today. The customer service was pathetic over there. SIMRAN was there to assist and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for wedges and she gave me the cold one and the dipping sauce was only 1/4 filled she did not even call me when my order was ready I waited 10 mins after that she called, when I went to the counter she was rude and did not even apologise. I go to the same Tim almost every 2nd day but this time the experience was worst. I am a regular customer and do not accept such kind of pathetic service. Also, she was unhygienic as she wasn’t wearing a hair net.

They were yelling about online orders and giving attitude to each other. Then when they were finally ready to take orders, they tried to take someone’s order that clearly came way after I was there. No thank you or have a good day when handing me my coffee either.
