The drive thru can be slow at times, but i just run in if there's more than 1 or 2 cars in line. The employees always greet you with a smile and a friendly hello. Its kept pretty clean, even during peak busy times and lately they rarely get a drink order wrong. All in all, a pretty well run Tims 🇨🇦 Love that they've joined a food waste reduction program too!

I have tried vanilla Iced latte today, None have matched that one I had recently. On the visit, the drink was prepared by Mandeep , the shift supervisor, and it was absolutely exceptional .The balance of flavor, freshness and smoothness was perfect . It was honestly one of the best coffee drinks I 've ever had , and it completely made my day. I truly appreciate .

I was just at the Courtland Ave location- near Siebert Ave. I spent close to 5 minutes waiting to be served. Several staff came up to the counter, tending to their orders. When a cashier did come up, he directed his inquiry to 2 young girls, without asking if I had been helped. This is the closest location to my home, but I will not be back

I would have given zero stars if possible. Neenu took my order and didn’t greet me or show any courtesy she was outright rude. I received my drink and was waiting for my food when I noticed the drink had no flavor—just cold coffee with ice and milk. I went back to check, and she claimed it had hazelnut. I told her it didn’t taste like it at all. She took the drink, dumped it, and made a new one without saying anything—no apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. Even when I said thank you, she didn’t respond. As someone who’s worked at Tims, the lack of customer service especially towards people of the same race is disappointing.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every single time I’ve ordered a rice bowl here, the rice has been burnt. Not once, not twice—every time. It’s frustrating because I keep hoping they’ll get it right, but the quality is consistently terrible. Serving burnt food shows a complete lack of care. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
