I usually come to this tims and just about recent times i saw there is a new coworker and i find her service always great she is sweet and has nice way of talking. Appreciate her work she does. i didn't knew her name at first cause she didnt had a name tag on and just recently i saw her name on the tag 'Komal'.

The service has always been the same, bad!!!. It only gets worse day by day. 2 out of 3 times my order is made wrong. The service of the staff too has been terrible.
Sheer and utter incompetence clearly demonstrated by the staff working there. They cannot follow simple instructions. I ordered a chilli in the driver thru with other food. Waited in the parking lot for 15 mins just to get the rest of my order. Then I proceeded to drive home to only notice I never got my chilli even though the Tim’s employee repeated my order at the window to confirm. I drove back and went inside Tim’s to tell them I never received my chilli. For them to make me wait another 15 mins to just forget about me and proceed to ask me “oh wait you ordered a chilli? When?” Excuse me?! I just told you guys when I walked in and you they told me they were making it but never were. I’m already running late for a funeral today and this was the cherry on top to ruin my day and waste my time.

The person who took the order Lavesh was very kind and gentle, but the lady who was making my order was so rude and even when I told her to make the order with less Ice, then also she just served me the same order full of Ice. Never visit again.
