Came with a friend. Ordered a medium coffee with 2 milk and a sweetener . My friend made the payment. Order was wrong. Given me a small coffee with 2 milk and a sweetener. Politely I told your employee that I have ordered a medium coffee. With an attitude she replied she charged for a small. What your employee is not understanding is there is a huge difference between a small coffee with 1 sweetner and a medium with the same. Rating is strictly for rude attitude of your employee. Nowadays it’s a usual thing for your employees to make wrong orders and not even apologizing. When she took the order she made a mistake first and I let her know. Didn’t noticed about the size. No greeting. No smile. No respect. i didn’t drink that coffee. I am a customer since you guys opened that location.

May be the worst timhortons in the area. They purposely take your order slow to fabricate their drive thru times and once you are at the window they are basically throwing your order at you and leaning right into your driver side window. 50/50 that they get your order right.

amazing bunch of people. Apaprt from the freshly baked croissants what fancies me the most is the staff's hospitality & that particular sense of "willing to help" which has gone missing from many other outlets. Hari is my go to man :)

This is my nearest Tim’s. Don’t expect much from this place. They consistently make mistakes and it’s obvious that speed of service is prioritized. Even with new faces I see in management I experience mistakes.If you are a customer who orders complex orders forget it. But even if you order simple stuff throughout a year I estimate that 25% - 35% will be missing something. That sucks.

The service at this location is atrocious. I have ordered here multiple times and they consistently charge us the wrong amount or give us the wrong order.I just went to order some new items from the Baileys x Tim Hortons collaboration and had to repeat my request for the Baileys’s dream donut at least three times at the drive through line. The employee repeated the wrong donut twice before finally understanding that we wanted the baileys dream donut.Despite this, they charged us for two donuts and gave one that we did not order. When asked how we would like this refunded, we responded that we’d like it credited on the card and after hearing this they handed us back cash.If you are looking for a good service experience, this is not the location to go to, especially regarding their drive through.

ordered a bagel with lettuce and cream cheese and they weren’t even in a rush but i still got a bagel with just cream cheese.They charged me for the lettuce too and i was already home when i realized it didn’t have the lettuce .I wouldn’t mention this if they didn’t ask for what im waiting evet time i ordered something like no staff communication ,The staff aren’t nice exempt the girl who got a nose job she is always nice to me.Its such a getto place
