I asked if I could redeem points for a coffee and still get the $1 donut deal. I was told I could then I got charged the full price of the donut. The workers there didn’t understand the math and kept saying I still came out on top. Paying 1.77 is the 1.69 donut price plus tax.

No ability to refund here it seems so I had to absorb the loss. Tim Hortons is now my restaurant of last resort. Fortunately McDonalds is cheaper and more reliable.

And yes, this is ridiculous given it’s over 0.72 but why should I be the one to suffer a loss due to incompetence? I have choices.

Managed to be ignored by staff for 5 minutes, left with no food. Can recommend the chicken shawarma poutine at the Mediterranean place 20 ft away

Absolutely an embarrassment, stood in line (the only one) while 3 employees made a cold drink for one customer. I thought Tim Hortons thrived off their customer service, guess that’s changed. This location should be embarrassed, as they have won the worst employees in the region.

Coffee was burnt. Cashier at the online order spot was extremely rude when I asked for a fresh coffee. Every time Every time I have been here with my mom who is battling Cancer. This cashier has been miserable!!!

Night shift person always on break. It becomes a hassle for hospital staff who has to come down all the way to find out that the store front tims staff is gone for break with posted note “ be back in 10-15 mins”. We do not know when they went and when the break will end. We want to avoid multiple trips to Tims and compromise patient care in this process.

I simply wanted a small regular coffee. They didn't put coffee in it. only hot water and sugar!!!. I didn't return it. I went and got in line, I bought a new one, it's the same again... It's a completely problematic place. People have to use it because it is inside the hospital. But that doesn't mean you can't get the product you paid for, or that you'll be so careless and comfortable... Jason

The old lady casher was so rude!. I ordered 2 sandwiches with offer, but she removed offer without any notice. And I need to order more but she said just price. Never asked me Do you need anything. Too bad experience.

The WORST Tim Hortons when it comes to cleanliness and efficiency. I ordered a cappuccino today at 545. Finally got it at 600. The man helping me was so unkept and rude. Then to top it off, it tasted salty. So a complete waste of money and time. Stay clear of this establishment.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness and service from the day staff here. I have worked at timmies before, I understand the rush, but the management team fails constantly in speed of service as well has always fresh standards.
The white hot chocolate machine is down since the last few months, declining the promotion for the candy cane flavour for the prime season.
Please action accordingly, as it is keep getting worse.

BIg problem here with insect control. I was interested in buying a Blue Muffin here today when I noticed tiny flying insects on various items inside the product display case. When I mentioned this to the person at the register I was told ' flies are part of nature'. I responded ' yes that may be true but they're not to be on the food that I wish to eat'. The person at the register was unapologetic and replied 'nobody is forcing you to buy it'. Sincerely for an establishment to have this type of an attitude ( especially inside of a healthcare facility) is truly unacceptable. This needs to be addressed and corrected ASAP.

Slowest Tim Hortons in the world. 3-4 staff during the day and only one register is open ever. At night, no one is even at the counter half the time to take an order even though this place is supposed to be open 24/7.
