I visited this location very recently and wanted to write this review while my memory of a very poor experience is still fresh. I ordered a coffee with milk and sugar, and a bagel toasted with butter. The bagel i wanted (sesame bagel) was not available. Given it is a popular bagel and i went in morning breakfast time, that was surprising. Any way I ordered what was available I got the coffee and was waiting and waiting for bagel. There were 3 ladies in the counter area, and going here and there. None were even looking at this bagel order. The lady who took my order went inside after 5 mins or so. I asked the lady at counter, where is my bagel. She said it is coming. I did not see anything in the toaster. I further waited. After approximately 5 more minutes, the lady who took my order came from back. She said the bagel is coming. Then I said i dont want any, this is outgarous wait and complete neglicence of my order. She then started to put the bagel in the toaster. About 10-12 mins of waiting. I am upset at not just the wait. There was no other order ahead of me waiting. The lady in counter said it is coming when it was not even put in toaster. All the while no one even put the bagel into the toaster a full 10-12 minutes later. I walked away and made a point of not taking the bagel for which I already paid for. On top of this extremely poor service, the location has a bad stench, stale smell pervading across. I would never go there ever again. WORST experience. WORST of the WORST customer service by the 3 ladies on duty the morning of Saturday.

Annoying atmosphere. Tables always dirty and this store has more homeless people sitting inside the store. There is smell of weed always and the store stinks. Please do better. I always try to avoid this store unless I do not have any other option. Coffee Culture store right across the street is much much better.

Stopped by Tim Hortons on a Friday evening and there was only one person behind the counter, handling both orders and preparation. They worked hard, but the wait was long. More staff would have made the experience much smoother.
