Stopped by Tim Hortons on a Friday evening and there was only one person behind the counter, handling both orders and preparation. They worked hard, but the wait was long. More staff would have made the experience much smoother.

I really recommend this location to everyone to try out. Everything tastes really good. Specially the quality of coffee, it is really delicious. All of the team is very welcoming and the environment is very calm. I love visiting this Tims.

Horrible store horrible staff store is dirty they can't get anything right here and they say they do not have a bathroom this is downtown so a lot of dirty street people hanging around not a safe place to get coffee especially if you have kids with you

The washroom doesn’t have a lock only fob access , there was an irresponsible women employee who unlocked the door without checking someone inside or not. Private parts got exposed to public leading to invasion of privacy of an individual. The reply they gave is just a sorry. That is a unisex washroom , if it’s a female who was using the washroom it would have been a police complaint.
