I have visited this Tim Hortons multiple times, and I’ve noticed that homeless individuals often create disturbances, which might contribute to the staff's frustration. However, this should not be an excuse for poor customer service. Regular and genuine customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. A welcoming and professional attitude can make a big difference in the overall experience. I hope the management addresses these concerns to ensure a better environment for both employees and customers.

Always jam-packed, but the staff doesn't know how to make half the menu. It's a hassle there, too, because they forget about orders after they make them and just leave it on a shelf behind the counter until it's cold. The drinks are scolding hot in the morning, like nobody can drink them within the first few minutes, but then lukewarm in the evening. You can order 2 things from here and have one be stone cold and the other burn your throat.

With 15 minutes before closing, they wouldn't let my toddler use the washroom. He nearly had an accident. Deplorable.

No whipped cream in my normal overpriced primeum candy cane hot chocolate would walk out of service If don't have it why be here just hate the holidays system if don't have take it off the system then excuses if not my girlfriend who pay for it if was me who ask even let's ya know about it then dealing with it.
Kios should have sign saying when your out of something like white hot chocolate been out of since started wish by-law like mac Donald's machines be out have tech services. Won't stop buying off the kios until otherwise thank you. Plus this is easy fix that just don't care to disappoint the customer. French vanilla could save this issue like Starbucks but who cares.
Tim hortons don't care about my opinion to matter anyways not even homeless besides the stereotypical judgment invites it.

Hello! I've been placing my order from this store from past seven months. Some of them are, undoubtedly, great! But I don't know what's wrong with some of their staff members!? seems like they've some problem or what!? She's soo slow!!! If I've placed an online order She won't respond when I'll go for pickup. There has been times when she'll serve the people who has ordered after mine. I don't know what's wrong with her!! I've always given them great reviews but I'm sorry she doesn't do good. Doesn't matter if the store is busy, she'll go with her slow speed only.
