Order a rice bowl and asked them before taking it wheather it is the time to order or am I too late they said they do have and I was given the rice that was completely dried up completely that was not even chewable . Asked them twice before taking it .

The girl with spectacles and mask working on day shift on 25th sept at 11:00 should not be working at customer service. Absolute disgusting behaviour no please no thank you. Asking question snidely like “what do you want?“ with derision. If you are not interested in working here to provide service to customer then please don’t. Tim Hortons was about the experience you get the welcome small things like thank you. I will never visit this Tim Hortons again and it is because of that 1 person working there

Excellent customer service, quick and convenient as well. Especially the supervisor there is very polite and helpful to customers. I was having some confusion while selecting what to order as I was new there, she explained the menu and their popular items in a excellent and detailed manner explaining every single thing about the items to help me. I was Brilliantly served and helped.

I was just at this Tim Hortons about 30 minutes ago. We ordered 3 items & they unbelievably got ALL 3 WRONG!!! We ordered 1 b.e.l.t, & 2 simply sausage breakfast sandwiches (sausage & cheese). The b.e.l.t came WITHOUT an egg & the 2 simply sausage sandwiches came WITH eggs. And of course we noticed when we got home ….
Also, when our food was ready the worker placed the food on the counter edge & rudely said, “here’s your food” & walked away. It’s a good thing we were paying attention. Cause you wouldn’t have know who the order belongs too..
I have no comments & this is very disappointing.

I regret to say that my experience at this Tim Hortons in Kitchener was disappointing. The customer service was subpar, with staff appearing indifferent. The tables were dirty, and the washrooms were often locked, requiring me to ask for access. Most concerning was when a staff member opened the bathroom door while I was inside, despite my clear indication that it was occupied. Overall, I left feeling very unsatisfied and unlikely to return.
