I stood at the counter and watched an employee lazily clean stuff. She had made eye contact with me, so she knew i was there. After 4-5 min she finally came to serve me. I imagine poor leadership leads to poor service. I'll avoid this location.

Really like the location of this Tims, easy and ample parking. Have not had any trouble with the food or service here. I believe the lady’s name was Binci, helped me with the order. I had no clue that I could customize my sandwich with whatever I like.
Place is usually clean and I do like the big windows and the light coming into the store.
