For the first time, I’ve heard this - they can’t make any modifications to anything. And what did I ask for? Only less ice! What the hell? They took my order and my money, and then the guy tells me they can’t do any modifications. It’s just a large cold brew, black! Seriously, what kind of owners make up these rules? I’m never going to this Tim Hortons again. Absolute nonsense!

I recently left my phone, containing MY LIFE there… Barb found it and put it in the back for safe keeping till I retrieved it!! She’ll Not sure how I can ever repay her for that!! I really love this branch of tim Hortons. I love the Frappe and also most of the donuts. It's so creamy and the sweetness is not too sweet for me. But most of my favorite is the spicy chicken bowl.Love their atmosphere also cuz it's so clean, well organize.All of the staff are great and welcoming. Thanks for this good experience!!!

Adnan is not only fast and efficient, but also genuinely kind and respectful. No matter how busy the store gets, he keeps a positive attitude and always greets people with a smile. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the experience each customer has.

I stood at the counter and watched an employee lazily clean stuff. She had made eye contact with me, so she knew i was there. After 4-5 min she finally came to serve me. I imagine poor leadership leads to poor service. I'll avoid this location.
