This is the best location in the city. The staff are always super friendly, polite and fast. I have never had an issue with any of the staff and my orders have always been correct.
The drive thru is very quick and I really appreciate that they repeat orders to ensure everything is correct.

During the day when you order a coffee if you’re lucky it’s somewhat even warm. It’s very hot and miss no consistency. And if you are a coffee shops that is open 24/7 you would think that you would supply all the beverages posted! They never have Dark Roast after a certain point and time… This location and one other should just shut down at night if they aren’t going to actually supply the beverages posted!
What ever happened to restaurants actually having standards? Did they just fly out the window?!

Terrible customer service. Super rude for absolutely no reason. I had an interaction that actually ruined my whole day. I ordered through the drive through and i thought i said iced capp but they heard iced coffee which isn’t a problem. I got to the window and paid for my order and then they were handing my order and i noticed they made iced coffee instead of ice capp. So i told them that i wanted and iced capp and they insisted i said iced coffee. Anyways i told them my apologies i probably mixed it up can you make me the iced capp and ill pay for that too. For some reason that was so hard for them and the “manager” came to me trying to teach me a lesson. She said that next time I should not make a mistake like this and that the iced coffee is waste now. I told her it’s not wasted, i paid for it and i will also pay for the extra iced cap i asked for. Anyways she continued to try to teach me a lesson with a disgusting attitude. I’ll honestly never come to this timmies again. Train your employees better please because there was no reason for her to be sour when I apologized for the confusion and said ill pay for the extra services i asked for :)

This place is trash don’t go here they yelled at me for trying to help my disabled girlfriend in the disability washroom so I left the washroom and am leaving them this nice review

Manager Raman was extremely rude and unprofessional. He used bad words with customers, which is shameful and unacceptable for someone in his position. His behavior completely ruined the experience and showed no respect at all. On the other hand, Dhruv and Aditya were very polite and professional, but Raman’s actions left the worst impression of the place.

I wish i can give more. There must be diversity in the staff, they talk to each other in their own language while serving customers, seems like nobody wants to work there. Worst wraps compare to any other time Horton. @manager or @owner have to take things serious before things go to south.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Tim Hortons tonight. I went through the drive-thru and simply asked for a cup of water. To my surprise, they refused and said they don’t give water unless I buy something. This is not only unreasonable, it’s honestly shocking. A cup of water is a basic courtesy — not a luxury. Denying someone water feels inhumane and completely goes against the values I thought this brand stood for. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Very upsetting experience.
