This Tim Hortons is overrun with students. And I was informed by staff to keep my receipt because students would steal your food before you get there so receipts need to be checked before you take your food

I often visit this tim hortons and its really a good place. the staff is so nice and kind they always provide excellent service and the food quality is very good. Even though they alot of orders on drive through, they always care for the people in front store.

I often visit this tim hortons, the staff of this store really corporative especially, the indian girl Anmol was really nice, her behaviour towards customers was outstanding, service was really quick despite having less staff everyone was doing their job up to mark.

I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. Despite there being no one else in line, the staff completely ignored us, and we ended up waiting a long time without being attended to. It was frustrating to see the lack of attention and customer service, especially with no other customers around. We expect better service from Tim Hortons, as quick and friendly service is a big part of what makes this brand so popular. Hoping the management addresses these issues for future visits. Adding to the odd experience, the staff member's name badge didn’t even have a name on it.

Simran is always nice at taking my orders and Prince always make sure everything comes out right. the rest of the guys always say hello and greet me like I was part of the team. These guys are friendly, caring and they do a great job. Tim Hortons should use these guys as an example of what the Tim Hortons experience should look like!

I always visit Tim Hortons, and it has been a long time since I visited your place. Today, half an hour ago, I came back from you. I found one of the workers who turned my mood upside down. First, he asked me to lift my leg so he could wipe under it. Then he came back a second time and asked me to lift the coffee cup so he could wipe the table. His treatment was rough and he moved the tables very nervously.
