If you like the taste of burnt coffee, getting the wrong order, and attitude from the staff this is the Tim Hortons for you! This is the closest Timmies to my work but I will go out of my way to go to a further one from now on.

Visited this location on Saturday, November 22 at around 10:20 pm for a French Vanilla, and the girl taking orders at the drive-thru did not greet me nor did she acknowledge my thanks. This lack of basic courtesy is far below Tim Hortons’ service standards. This behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed seriously by management.

The staff are very overworked so the service is inconsistent- Food is sometimes served sloppily. Twice I have recieved bagels with cream cheese with a piece of unsolicited green vegetable. Do not come between around 10:30 and 12:00, there will be swarms of students from KCI. I still spend my money here every day though so...

Tim Hortons is actually elite. Every time I go, the service is fast, the workers are chill, and my order comes out exactly how I want it. Their iced coffee always hits, the donuts are fresh, and the vibes inside are clean and comfy. It’s the kind of spot you can pull up to in the morning and instantly feel awake again.
Prices are good, quality is consistent, and the food never misses. Definitely one of my go-to places — highly recommend.
