“I have tried vanilla Iced latte today, None have matched that one I had recently. On the visit, the drink was already prepared because I ordered online, and it was absolutely exceptional. The balance of flavor, freshness and smoothness was perfect. It was honestly one of the best coffee drinks I ’ve ever had, and the way the person at the counter treated me, welcomed and thanked, it completely made my day. I truly appreciate.”

Been there multiple times now. Always getting the same drink order vanilla latte with extra expresso for an additional charge of $1.20. 2 out of 4 times, they forget the extra expresso shot. I’m not sure how that works because the person that takes the order goes to make it immediately afterwards. Also workflow is kinda weird, I see people running around like they’re super understaffed, but there is a lot of people behind the counter. It’s weird. Btw, it always seems to be the same people running around.

Came here at 6:40 in the morning to get breakfast and a coffee. Took me almost 20 minutes to get that let alone the 10 minutes it took for the guy (I’m assuming he is moderately new) to actually punch my order in. There was 2 drive through and 2 pick up orders and me. Whoever that poor woman is she did great cause it was her and the other guy and she looked as if she was doing it all. Very disappointed with the service from the guy.

Initially I ordered two drinks but both were replaced with someone else’s but after that when I called they helped me in a very well manner specially Gurpinder (supervisor)She helped me by providing me the resolution and even in a very kind tone like I had visited a lot tim Hortons but maybe their way of talk is the best cause they value their customers .Recommend this place to everyone .And giving a special 5 star reviews to their staff and customer service skills ..Hope that they’ll continue being like this in future ..
