I repeated my self a lot for them not get my my order right and mess it up and when i told them at the window you got my order wrong they tried to make me pay more. And they had a really bad attitude.

Everytime i come here, I have to atleast repeat myself very clearly 4 times at the window even if i say each item once seperately. There can be 0 cars infront and id still have to wait more than 2 minutes. Figured id give this timmies a try after the remodel but seems nothing has improved, I'll stick to my go to Tims elsewhere. Also when i order something and clearly state what i want and you give me something else, kinda annoying especially after you repeated the order.

Every time I come here hoping for something better.. service is extremely slow, the staff are rude and clearly don’t know what they are doing. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Not difficult… the person couldn’t understand me and I also couldn’t understand him well.. I tried really hard.. I repeated my order again then it’s I need to see if I have egg I think he said.. so I wait 5 mins.. he comes back on and says hi can I take your order please.. I said do you have egg you were checking you said … then like we hadn’t been talking he said of course we have egg.. so I start over… now there is no sausage - sigh I cancelled and left.. without my order no apology nothing.. it’s Sunday I just want a breakfast Sammy and a coffee - shady spot on my deck and to relax.. thanks again Tim’s.

The two reviews below mine couldn't be more accurate. The people working in the drive thru are EXTREMELY slow (usually companies put their best/fastest workers here). Their donuts have zero glaze on them. When I order scrambled eggs at 8:20 am they have to confirm they have eggs. I'm sorry its early in the morning there should always be eggs ready as this is primarily a breakfast place. This place needs to either hire new staff or train them so they can work at a pace that is acceptable. The slower workers should be working inside the restaurant not the drive thru.

Extremely slow. Has a two lane drive thru and only ever takes one order at a time always out of order. Always out of buns and bagels as well as donuts. Not the nicest drive thru team either. Slow slow slow.

It's nice that it was renovated but the service is challenging. I went through the drive through and was told I'd have to wait 5 mins for a new pot of coffee to be brewed. So I dropped my car occupants off and went back (about 10 mins). Ordered the same thing and was told I'd have to wait 4 mins cause they were brewing a fresh pot. And when they are out of something their best response is to upsell something else.
That's besides perfume scented coffee lids. There are better Tim's in the area for sure. But nice renos! It's not so dark anymore!
