I’m really disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. The staff seem uninterested and unprofessional. They don’t acknowledge customers, and it feels like they’re rushing everything without paying attention. When I asked simple questions about my order, the responses were rude and dismissive.
I understand everyone can have a busy day, but this has happened multiple times. Better training and basic customer service would really improve the experience.

Recently i ordered everything Bagel toasted with extra butter on drive thru but I received something else instead of everything bagel..at least they guys have to hear order clearly …its not our first time we received wrong order.

This washroom was gross. I appreciate that they had two gender-neutral restrooms but, please, clean them. I mean deep clean them. The grout was disgusting. There's snit on the tile wall, somebody spit (disgusting) near the drain. There's a blob/smear on the waste receptacle that looks suspiciously like feces... gag. C'mon Tim's, do better!

Very bad customer service and staff don't understand order. Asked for large orange peeko with 2 sugar no diary, they add diary and trying to convince me that, I asked for diary, later said some dairy is fine 😂 🤡

I ordered online, and was upset the condition of my food. I got 2 plain bagels one with cream cheese and other with butter, the one with butter had no butter on it and the other one had the wrong cream cheese and the spread was grainy and my drinks had no flavour
