The food is poor quality. The service is slow. All you can hear is a cacophony of equipment noises. I have disliked Tim Hortons as a brand for years now. It has not improved, in my opinion.

Very rude staff including the Store Manager Ms Kamal. Not following the rules and regulations. Denied the receipt of purchase by the staff named BINISHA giving a false information that since I used a survey code for redeemed price for French Vanilla. Paid 1.05 CAD using my credit card and the staff told me that they can not issue a receipt for my payment of 1.05 CAD since I used the survey code for reducing the actual price of 2.99. She also misleaded by telling that "This is as per Tim Hortons policy not to give receipt for reduced payments". Which was confirmed as a false information confirmed after escalating to the Tim Hortons Head Quarters. This is a repetitive very unprofessional behaviour from the staff from this store especially from Kamal, the store Manager. We have already requested the management to make sure such kind of incidents won't happen in future. I received the receipt after 1 hour. This is really shameful for the entire Tim Hortons team.

Went on a Tuesday evening around 6:00. The restaurant was filthy. Floors were dirty. Tables were dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. Also the staff was in no hurry to take our order. If I was the owner I’d be retraining my staff on how to clean. Gross.
