I ordered 1 med chai tea, 1 lrg triple triple, and 1 lrg 2 sugar, 3 milk, n chocolate pistachio shot. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO SHOT.

I asked for veggie lime cilantro bowl in that bowl most of the bowl filled with lettuce , i didnt ask for lettuce bowl.

Rice quantity was less , chips were also less.

The reason why I wanted to even write this review is because of the workers. I went into drive through, ordered one medium strawberry watermelon quencher. When I got to the drive through I asked if I could switch it to two instead, I know it seems like it was my fault but I apologized. The worker said oh my gosh and gave me a dirty look. When she told the person behind her to make two instead of 1 she immediately “tsk” at me. Do your job! I’m not asking you to give your firstborn to me. This also happened today.

Updating this review and downgrading to 1 star. A points redemption didn’t work out in my favour and when I tried to argue my case with corporate, including a receipt as proof, they told me I was wrong. Once again, I’m done with Tim’s.

Shitty customer service - didn’t prompt me for my Tim Card, then when I remembered halfway through payment, she got upset with me for not doing it before payment. Then she faked scanned it (we didn’t get points).

You need to prioritize the counter. Label were your to pick up food. I stood for 5 mins in the wrong area because you don't have it marked properly. Or get the staff to direct people to the proper area.

Place is awful! Say they are open 24hr but have no stock at all at 8:30pm because they “don’t want waste food” the place was packed not a table open. will not be back. got stuck in the drive thru because they don’t shovel or salt! Tims use to be a great place now it’s horrible!
