I came here today night December 15 at 10:30 PM , amazing staffs works here really hardworking staff especially the guy in the counter and everyone.

This visit was a mistake. The parking lot wasn't shovelled well so there were ruts and the lot was hard to park in. When I went inside, I found that the place was filthy, the tables and chairs were mismatched and all over the place, and the arrangement of things was such that people were crowded around tables they'd bunched together, and others were crowding around small tables with many chairs.

When I got through the very long and slow line, I found they were out of any sort of chicken, and many other menu items. They did have the most expensive item available, the stacker. Some kind of roast beef thing. It was half the size picture, and they microwaved the meat and the bun together, so it was both too hot and now soggy. Going through the menu items I wanted, they had zero remorse or concern, and the cashier had no idea about any of it, so she kept having to interrupt her manager who also seemed to give zero concerns.

I have no good things to say about this visit. I won't be back.

Tired of repeating myself. Tired of my orders being wrong but trusting them and driving away. I just ordered a coffee and French vanilla and got home to see I got 2 coffee. Paid 7 bucks for 2 coffees and they know most of us won't waste our time going back. They're close to useless these days. Sorry to the folks in the drive thru going forward as I sit there and inspect and test my order before leaving. Would love to see how they act when someone, somewhere gets their orders wrong. If you can't follow a screen telling you exactly what to get and give to the customer, then maybe Tim's isn't for you. Just tiresome. The 2 stars are for a couple of the ladies in the morning that you can actually see the effort in them!

Do not bring your kids don’t go yourself if you don’t enjoy a group of grown men smoking and staring you down outside. Literally - every day 40+ year-old men smoking in your face. Cloud of nicotine. Stank, spit and cigarette buds. Not sure what they are organizing there or maybe they’re just hanging out? (EVERYDAY 9-5 probably) Dunno but I’m going to avoid it from now on. And it was a daily thing for a while for but it’s getting gross and im not about to solve problems I don’t get paid for so I’ll just avoid it.

People on the inside and the service is good, but what’s going on outside is crazy.

Are you spraying of bedbugs with the condition and cleaning is so poor? The Hamilton location are currently infested are you going to resolve this because I will not set foot in Tim Horton until their full spraying and health investigation!

Got an ice capp, the cream was so sour went back because I was walking distance. The women was confused on what I wanted she assumed I wanted more cream. Told her the cream was sour. She made a new one using the same cream and laughed. I threw out both ice capps. When I worked at tim hortons we changed the cream and made sure we weren't giving out bad cream to customers. Tim hortons has changed so much. No caring for their customers and their service.

I ordered one medium peppermint tea from this tim hortons and they charge me $ 2.52 two dollar and fifty two cents. That not the price. I wonder if they charge avery single customer 22 or 20 cent extra how much they make. I heard the server saying I charge him and open the counter. I pay by Visa and have approve don't ever do that to customers.
