This is my first time having Toppers pizza. I got the pickle pizza, honey garlic chicken bites and celebration sticks.

The pizza was disappointing, I did not enjoy the crust it was weird and the pickles were earthy but the rest was good, it just fell flat for me. I would've preferred pickle slices.

I did also try the garlic dip and Thai dip, the garlic was watery and did not taste good but the Thai was really good and had a bit of a kick.

The honey garlic chicken bites were great, a good chicken and a nice sauce, I have no complaints.

The celebration sticks were delicious but with help of the icing and sprinkles, the bread itself was a bit sour in a yeasty way, they could've been coated in icing to improve them.

I cannot give it more than 3 stars, as pizza is the most important part of a pizza place review and their pizza let me down, though the other two items were really good.

Last time I ordered it took over 1 hour and half to get the pizza and when I called all I got was sorry it is Friday night too bad. I will never order here again

I would leave zero stars if I could. Tried to call to place an order. You talk to an automated voice that talks about the bs ingredients they use for like 5min and I couldn’t get through to talk to anyone. I then tried to place an order online for pick up and that didn’t work either! Pathetic that in 2025 you can’t speak to anyone to order a freaking pizza!

$8 delivery charge for a 5 minute drive??? Then they ask for tips!? pass. Do better.

I do NOT recommend this place. Arguably the worst customer service experience I have ever received! I had ordered the two pizza deal on Monday evening with an apple crumble pizza. I had ordered through an app that had stated that Toppers Pizza has their own delivery team and to monitor the time of expected arrival. No problem as there are very clear and concise instructions with my order to call me when they arrive so that I can meet them outside as there is no public access to my building. There was no call. As it was snowing that night, I waited an extra 30 minutes before calling the store to find out when I could expect delivery. It was an 800 number and that person told me that the order had just left the store. I then waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. I decided to have a look for myself and then went to the entrance of my building and there was my order. Outside in the snow! Who knows how long it had been there! The pizza was obviously cold. It is obvious to say that the $50 spent on cold pizza in not worth it.
