Great food, terrible staff behaviour. I work in the same plaza and they consistently leave disgusting messes by our plaza’s shared dumpster. We have tried respectfully discussing this with them countless times, yet they always leave a disgusting mess and make poor excuses. These unclean and irresponsible practices makes me wonder about the state of their kitchen.

Over the weekend, I had dinner and ordered pide along with chicken shish kebab. The chicken kebabs were flavorful, served hot and tender. The rice, also known as pilav, was tasty as well. However, the bulgur lacked flavor and was cold. The mixed salad of tomato, pepper, and greens was certainly not fresh enough to be served to customers.Parking: The parking lot entry and exit from Dixie Rd. are dangerous.

Kubra was the waitress that helped us and she was the cutest. She was so kind and made us feel comfortable in the restaurant. Complimented our clothes and Indian background and made laughs with us. The food was delicious and very flavourful . I can’t wait to come back to Turkish flame and enjoy the delicious food.
