food was ok (french toast a little burnt) , the place was empty for breakfast and the food was served quickly. I had to ask 2 different people a total of 4 times to get a glass of orange juice.

aturday date night at TWH and all and all it was good. Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff.
Stayed at the Walper and after checking out the downtown area we decided to stop in for a mid afternoon snack and drinks.
We had the avocado bruschetta (sourdough) and OMG it is the best avocado spread I have ever had! It is served in a bowl with sourdough on the side so you can dip or spread to your liking. I highly recommend it!
It was so good that when the dinner hour came we decided to return .
I ordered the roast chicken and my dinner date ordered the pan seared salmon.
The chicken was very moist and very little bone, super good chicken however the potatoes were very hard.
The pan seared salmon never came instead we received 2 roast chicken meals.
Unfortunately this did not seem to be a big issue to our server Priya. Instead of comping the meal she offered to wait for the correct order to be prepared or have 2 shots on the house.
It was date night so waiting for the correct meal would have made mine cold or I would have ate while his was being prepared and that’s not ideal for date night.
Due to this server error I would not recommend TWH to anyone nor will I be going back.
I will order takeout , specifically the avocado bruschetta in the future (delicious).
Unfortunately customer service is lacking across the board these days but with TWH having ties to the Walper we expected more.

We attended the restaurant for a dinner reservation prior to attending a wedding upstairs. The reservation was made approximately 6 weeks in advance. Staff communicated promptly and were accommodating once they learned we were guests of an associated wedding. The reservation was made for 24 people with 22 people who showed; two less than anticipated. Service was terrible upon our arrival. Two designated servers with multiple other tables to tend to which had them over worked and inattentive. There was only one bar tender which left us waiting upwards of 30 minutes just to get our first beverages. Finally our orders were taken and it was 2 hrs before our main courses arrived. The food was delicious once on the table. The manager was made aware and offered us 10% off. Unfortunately, the experience as a whole was subpar and I would not recommend the restaurant.

Our brunch was fantastic. Our server was outstanding and the food was perfect. The vibe of the restaurant is cozy and inviting. We had a great time!
From the entrance you can tell you are in for something special. We were seated in a half booth half table and the atmosphere was trendy but cozy. We started with the bread service. The pretzel bread was a bit dry but the sweet whipped butter paired well with the other bread options. The calamari was fantastic along with the club sandwich and the soup. The service was excellent. We had a minor issue that was dealt with in a way that far exceeded my expectations. We will return when in the area.
Wonderful experience. Was conviently located in the bottom of the hotel.
Cool look, amazing food and friendly staff who go above and beyond. Guy came in looking for an espresso but the machine was down, so the server took the time to show the man where to a coffee. Highly recommend.

Visited with a friend while visiting the city. It was a quiet afternoon and we both enjoyed a couple burgers and cocktails. All the food and drink were fantastic. Our server was kind and attentive. He was nice enough to let us wait out the storm moving through the city. We did, however, have to point out that a song was on loop and played six times in a row (while we were there). I am sure the staff were too focused to notice, but we had to ask for the song to be changed. When they changed the music, the playlist was better suited for the atmosphere of TWH Social. A lunch for two was over $120 plus tip, but will be back!

Went for a comedy show and I am surprised by how nice this restaurant is. We ordered oysters that were PERFECT, and a chicken sandwich & burger that were honestly the best burgers we've ever had hands down.
We had an amazing meal. Short ribs were incredible. Our waiter was exceptional and made the experience even better. This was our first time but will not be our last.
I came here with a friend for Saturday brunch, and we honestly had such a great time. We started with espresso martinis and a Hemingway daiquiri, and both were amazing. The food came out just right, and the service was super smooth and friendly. Thanks to Dhansh for taking such good care of us — we’ll definitely be coming back soon!

We had a great experience here on Sunday night! Our servers name started with a K- (I'm sorry I don't remember your name!) she was outstanding. Her warm hospitality and her knowledge and reassurance about my dietary restrictions was very much appreciated. I have symptomatic celiac disease and these folks accomodated me with gorgeous gluten free options! We started with the oysters, followed by Caesar salads (thanks for the mods, Chef, we really really appreciate it!) and then we split the short rib. That short rib. Honestly one of the best meat dishes I've ever had. Like really incredible. Kudos to the kitchen and our lovely server. Great job! Thank you for a very enjoyable evening!

Excellent service from start to finish. It was a one-person operation, and she handled everything flawlessly. Very attentive throughout the meal — we mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, and she surprised us with a beautiful dessert that made the night extra special. Big shoutout to Christma — you rock! Your warmth and attention to detail truly made our evening memorable. Highly recommend!
From the moment we arrived at Walper Hotel, the experience was fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting the tone for a great visit.
We were actually in town for Oktoberfest but didn’t realize it was scheduled for the following week. Still, the energy of the place was perfect, and we decided to dine at TWH Social, the hotel’s restaurant, after passing by. We had the chance to chat with the sous chef, who was more than happy to recommend a few dishes. Their recommendations definitely did not disappoint!
When we returned for dinner, the place was buzzing with energy, but we were still well taken care of. Our server, Krista, was outstanding. She was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also incredibly friendly and bubbly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I had asked for a phone charger, and she went out of her way to find the right one for me, which was a thoughtful touch.
The service was top-notch, and I would highly recommend Walper Hotel and TWH Social to anyone. I’ll definitely be coming back!

20 oz pints and some nice beer choices such as Collective Arts.
Service was really slow considering the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The birthday girl barely ate because everything tasted like fish to her and she's allergic. Drinks and food were good but took a long time to get them.
