I placed an order online on friday for one of the party deals with 2pizzas 2lbs of wings garlic bread and pop, I ordered at 5:47pm about an hour later I called in asking how much longer was told about 20 mins, I said okay, as 20 mins passed still no food so I called again and asked he said 10 mins, I said to him this is ridiculous, he hung up I waited 10 more mins still nothing so I called back again and I was told 15 mins that they were busy at this point its now 7:30 kids r hungry and still no food i told him id like to cancel my order and have my money back please, he hung up,so I called back said it was rude to hang up and requested my money back still he said its coming its coming, refused to answer me, at 7:45 our food arrives, we all sit down to eat and come to find our wings were raw so I called back to let them know he still refused to give me any money back, hung up and never called back. I will never eat here again this place is horrible bad communication, there food was garbage.

I called City Pizza regarding my order and was shocked at how I was treated. When I asked about my order, the person on the phone cut me off and said, “I already talked to you, and get off my line”, This left me feeling completely dissatisfied and disrespected. I’m very disappointed with this experience. (Update : I have been waiting for 1 1/2 hours for my pizza and the driver needed to call me to figure out the address because the people at the shop messed it up)

Strongly suggest you either call or go in they don’t look at online orders been multiple times I’ve ordered then they ask who I’m picking up for and look around ask for me to show them the order then they look at order, employee laughed when I said it’s been multiple times then talked to the other person in a different language and laughed then started my order, no sorry obviously no training just “how are you paying sir” then didn’t provided a receipt until I asked. Multiple pizza shops in that area would recommend looking at one of them before

Worst customer service ever. First he tried to give me the worst of the deal. And then I pointed out that I would prefer the other special, he said that the one he offered is better. He wanted to sell me 6 xl pizza, $45 for 3(x2 =90), I simplest ask to order 3 of the $26 for 2 xl instead. He got upset and told me to go order online. This location is probably the worst I have ever tried to order from.
Was going to order over doordash, but wanted garlic sauce as a base and it wasn't an option in the app for the godzilla deal. Called in, and the guy who picked up (Nate, Naikh? Wasn't sure) was very friendly and helped us out. 10/10 customer service, gave us a discount, and got our order exactly how we wanted it.

Our pizza was perfect except they forgot the pepperoni 😔 but the only cheese was still good. We always get thin crust, we'll done and it is always cooked perfectly 👌 ( but I do prefer it with the pepperoni 😉)

If I could give 0 stars I would! We had a terrible experience with this establishment. We ordered a lot of food for a party, spent $85 and the food was TERRIBLE. Ordered extra cheese on the pizza and there was barely any on it. The wings tasted old they had a terrible flavour to them as well, we ended up tossing them out. Some of us ended up being so sick the following day so we felt the need to bring our concerns to the manager and he decided to yell at my senior mother calling her a lair & demanding that she leave his pizza place. Never again will we be ordering from this place and we will make sure everyone we know avoids it as well! Absolutely ridiculous customer service skills! DO BETTER!!
