Fantastic! Pizza was cooked to perfection. Now, my go-to spot to order pizza. Delicious from the dough to the sauce and cheese and toppings. Not only that, but it is an inviting, clean atmosphere that greets you like a warm hug. Excellent customer service on top of that! The manager is kind and insanely friendly. Most definitely will be a regular here. If I could offer you one piece of advice it would be to go to Twice The Deal Pizza and give it a try! 100% would recommend

After spending $60 through Ubereats this location sent my family pizzas with RAW DOUGH. Raw dough which has raw flour which contains samonella and e. coili. We called the staff and kindly requested it be dealt with, by remaking the pizzas and delivering them to us, as you would normally do if a pizza is messed up. Again this situation started off very nicely because obviously things happen, but I was right away met with a horrible attitude from the staff.

The man on the phone immediately said nothing would be done about it and that he “wouldn’t do it again” but was “very sorry” that he wasn’t going to do anything…again after sending RAW DOUGH and refusing to even refund it at this point. I requested to speak to the manager and was told that wasn’t possible because they weren’t in.

He at this point tried to hang up without literally any resolution, to which my husband took the phone because the man was simply not willingly to talk to me, clearly because I am a woman. My husband relayed that the dough was literally raw which is poisonous, and that we just wanted it resolved. The man on the phone said they were “very busy and that’s why it happened” but again did absolutely nothing to help the situation, either by replacing it or having us refund it. All he kept doing was talk over my husband and kept saying sorry as if that helped. My husband again asked to speak to a manager or have one call us. He said he would call us back in a few minutes after he talked to his manager himself.

10 minutes later the same man called and stated that we would have to come pick up the pizzas because they refused to deliver it, and again no refund mentioned at this point. We said that wasn’t possible and that since they messed up so badly to the point of sending pizzas with raw dough they should at the very least be delivering it (without complaint at that). It had now been over 10 minutes of this man refusing to help in any meaningful way especially after such a bad mess up. He said he would call us back.

After waiting for 20 minutes we heard nothing. My husband called again to see what was happening and we were ignored multiple times. He called from another phone, to which they picked up, and obviously we were now very upset as they had offered no solution and were now ignoring us. Suddenly the manager was available to speak to, and took over the phone. We again said that the pizzas were raw, and that we wanted this dealt with. He said if we “felt like the pizzas were undercooked we could get a refund through uber” - not through them, but uber. My husband at this point stated that we didn’t “feel” the pizzas were raw - they were in fact raw and that it was insane they had done all of this to begin with and were still refusing to help aside from telling us to get uber to refund us, which uber did nothing wrong.

After again telling the manager that they sent us pizzas which could poison us, and that they were the ones who messed up, the manager said to stop contacting them because he had “given two very good good options”. Those being either we go pick it up ourselves, or get uber to refund it after uber did nothing wrong. We requested his full name so we could at least report this and he refused to give us his information at all.

We told him we would be going ahead with reporting this to uber and the health department as they did not care in the slightest that they had happily sent out raw food that could potentially kill someone. At this point he said if we called them again he would call the police and to “go f*ck ourselves.” So we obviously didn’t call him back and have contacted uber and the region’s health department.

All of this over literally just two pizzas they messed up that badly that could have easily been resolved quickly and calmly as we first attempted. As seen in the pictures below the dough was so raw it was still stretchable and started falling apart in pieces. That’s not the cheese on my fi
