The best bang for buck burger in KW. Fresh, tasty, and consistent.
I've been a customer here for years. I've always ordered the same thing which is the bacon poutine burger with no bacon. Until today I've never had a bad experience with getting my burger. But today I went and ordered my usual burger and then I recieved what is literally just a poutine in a bun. There's no meat. No burger part of the burger and I am extremely livid. I went out of my way to go out and get this burger for supper and I didn't even get what I wanted. I live a good half hour to an hour or so away (by public transit since I don't drive) and it's not worth it to go back out and waste more time going in person to complain. I've never had this happen before and I think I may stop going because of this. I'm heart broken

I have been to this location multiple times and every time receive the same customer service and food quality. They seem like a husband and wife team. I always make sure b4 leaving to make eye contact with the wife and say excellent job. My son loves their poutine with fresh cut fries and cheese curds and I get the bacon cheese burger.

Went in and sat down, checking out the menu on my phone and got told by the owner to basically order or get out. Pushy vibe, he's not getting my money.
