I have been to this location multiple times and every time receive the same customer service and food quality. They seem like a husband and wife team. I always make sure b4 leaving to make eye contact with the wife and say excellent job. My son loves their poutine with fresh cut fries and cheese curds and I get the bacon cheese burger.
The okayest burger I've had in KW. Fresh ingredients etc. but the patty is kinda bland and dry. Fries tasted like they were made fresh. Good for a quick bite and beer if you're close by.
Staff helpful and polite, but the posted hours are confusing, with 2 signs. The paper one can't be seen from inside when I looked again. Owner/manager really needs to change the sign on both sides of the door as soon as hours change. People are still walking in, and staff is having to tell then the sign is wrong, and they can only have take out as they close in 10 min. Because they're closing at 9:30... which it says on neither sign. It's Fri.
