This is a lovely family-run restaurant with amazing German dishes. The schnitzel tastes like it came straight from Germany, and the Lepina bread is also to die for!! There is a little seating area outside, and it is nice and secluded from the city between all the trees. Overall, the atmosphere is adorable for a family outing, even for take-out. Just a tip, if going for a long ride home, open your take-out bags as the fries can get a little soggy but, even so, they are still delicious and can be reheated and taste great. As far as serving sizes, you will leave there stuffed with some delicious leftovers!

Small gem. I'm so glad we found this. Fantastic schnitzel. Home fries cooked to perfection -crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can tell everything is homemade. Family owned with awards hung up. Loved the coleslaw as for once, it wasn't creamy but also not like all the others that taste generally the same....it had its own uniqueness. I will definitely be going back.
We attended here for the first time today. We arrived about 1pm and were not busy. We both ordered hunter schnitzel . The service was quick The food was hot and absolutely delicious . As I went to pay our bill, I was charged HST. I was paying with a debit card, and mentioned about having to pay HST, the server said it was no longer available. I corrected him and told him the HST does not go back on until the end of the day on the 15th, and this was only the 14th. He said no problem and agreed to remove it from the bill. After a really good meal, this left me with a bad taste in my mouth I do not believe this was an accident, but intentional. Pay attention to your bill.
