Absolutely fantastic experience at Volume! If you're looking for authentic Middle Eastern food, this is your place. The service was friendly, attentive, and very professional from start to finish. The restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere that was perfect for our large group. It’s great to finally have a spot like this in Kitchener-Waterloo. We’ll definitely be back!

Today, my friends and I had lunch at Volume Lounge. Since it was our first visit, we decided to try a variety of dishes from the menu. We were very impressed with the excellent service provided by Ibrahim, and the food was absolutely delicious with a distinctive flavor - truly a taste unlike anything we've experienced before in other Middle Eastern restaurants. Went to Volume Lounge with a group of 12 people the other night — such a chill vibe. Music was good, staff were super friendly, and the place just felt cozy. we had their mix grill platter, chicken tawouk and some sandwiches and wow... the meat was so tender and full of flavor. Easily one of the best I’ve had. Shisha was smooth too, no harshness at all. Honestly a perfect spot to relax, eat, and hang out. Definitely coming back soon.
I had a spontaneous visit to Volume in downtown Kitchener, and it was fantastic! The hospitality was exceptional and the staff made me feel so welcome. I tried the kibbeh nayyeh, garlic sauce, fried chicken, and cheese borek, and every dish was beautifully plated and delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection, and the garlic sauce tasted as it should be, fresh and authentic. The kibbeh nayyeh was a new and delightful experience. The cheese borek was light and fluffy, with very yummy cheese. I also ordered shisha after dinner and they definitely know what they are doing. I got the classic double apple and it was authentic, long lasting and they were very attentive with the charcoal.The food and the warm atmosphere reminded me of home.Highly recommend.
