Grace was our bartender and she and her partner Hailey were fabulous, very friendly, quick service and delicious food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stopped in for the bottleshop after a day trip to St.Jacobs like we usually do. Decided to stay for flights because the menu offered many more than what was in the bottleshop. The Coffee Cream Ale with cinnamon sugar rim knocked it out of the park!(#12) So much so, we took a growler home! Sierra was an amazing server!! She looked after us so well, we decided to stay for dinner after perusing the menu. Sierra turned a quick stop into a fun filled night of drinks, dinner, and fabulous service. We will definitely be back for more than just the bottleshop!! Great job Sierra!!!

If you’re looking for bad service, cold food, and rude staff — congratulations, you’ve found the perfect place. Waterloo Brewery Tophouse really delivers when it comes to disappointment.

The waiters move like time doesn’t exist, and when the food finally arrives, it looks and tastes like it’s been waiting even longer than you have. The manager? Let’s just say “hospitality” is clearly not in his vocabulary. He managed to turn a simple mistake on the bill into a full argument.

Yes, we were overcharged, and instead of fixing it politely, he made it feel like it was our fault. Unbelievable.

Honestly, I wouldn’t go back even if the food was free. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else — it can only be better.

Jesus, for a retail store, it's the pits. Gal working behind counter today, September 27, might have cracked her face if she smiled. Or God for bid she offered any help. To busy on her phone I guess? Close this store and leave the beer store's stay open.

Well, Carlsberg or Waterloo Brewery have decided not to continue to produce Grapefruit Radler 0% which is a major disappointment.

Amazing range of beera, good food and a friendly staff. Best part is you can buy beers fto. There and tgat too at some discounted price.

Please bring back Guava Radler was one of my favorite

Great selection of beers, a few ciders available. Food is good, portion sizes are OK but not generous.

We had a fun time last night. Beverages, food and serve was great. Our waiter Malachi was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Made some great suggestions. We will for sure be back

Waited over an hour for food at peak time on Saturday - this place is very short staffed
