Careful the more you buy doesnt mean you save more, which is backwards $11 for a 4 pack but a case of 24 was $89...crazy. Prices were off and incorrect anywhere else buy more save more.Staff seemed annoyed for asking too many questions about the product. Didn't offer samples of the types I was interested in for some reason, otherwise I would of bought more. They also had a "bud light" vibe going on with their staff. Kinda in your face about it.Please just focus on the product...The beer and ciders are some of our favorites, but this was my first visit in person, so the staff kinda popped my bubble of the image and the people behind the brewery. A little more knowledge and love for the products as well as customer care would go a long way.

I've been baffled by the pricing scheme at waterloo brewing beer store for a while now. Today I went in to by a 24 pack of laker lager 473 ml. Normally I would just buy a 6pack for $11.95 but being the holidays soon I figured I'd get the 24. They ring it in as $50.90. Wait what, a 6 pack × 4 @$11.95 is $47.80 but the same number of beers in a different package is $3.10 more. Ridiculous. Typically in the past with other brands the more you bought the cheaper it would be. Not with waterloo.

The pretzels are amazing!Theyre a big portion and the dip alone is worth the price. And you get a ksrge enough portion of it to just load the pretzel up.Beers are great too, I like that there are such differences in variety ranging from a really delicious Radler to a pine IPA.

We ordered their flights first which is the best thing to select flavour. We loved their grapefruit bear which was a lil sweet but veri refreshing for an afternoon. We ordered their mushroom pizza with added grilled chicken. It tasted wow . We also ordered quesadillas which were okay. They have kids menu as well. I would really visit again.

Dropped by Waterloo Brewing for a flight and a snack. My favourite by far was the porter. I typically don’t go for them, but I was excited to try what they had on special. Great chocolate-y taste and went well with the Full Boar Nachos. Highly recommend for a social ?

Last evening we went to Waterloo Brewery to have a drink and some dinner. When we arrived we were told they were closed for a special event. We had intentionally checked their website in advance to make sure they were open as the last time we attempted to dine there (early July), they were also closed for a private event.In July we said it would have been nice if they posted on their website that they were closed to the public. But nothing changed.It appears customer satisfaction is not a priority.We will not be going back.

After many years of drinking Waterloo beers I finally visited their facility yesterday. Excellent facility, staff were very friendly, food was great, and the beer - excellent! A lot more choices than is typically available through the LCBO.

I went for a few today. The lady at the counter made me feel unwelcome and it was a very MEH interaction. Zero eye contact… zero customer service. Being front and centre I wound have hoped one wound be a bit less robotic… not good… it’s too bad the guys that came to her counter got a nice person.. not impressed. Don’t be in customer service if you don’t have it in you… it makes people feel like they are bothering you giving you a sale… just saying…

I wandered into the Waterloo Brewing Store for the first time since I'm not a local resident but had heard it is a great place to buy beer, and I am very happy the rumours are true! I enjoy beer but I am not overly knowledgeable so I find it a bit intimidating to go into these places but my concerns were quickly replaced with comfort when a very tall, young lady (I think her name was Ainsley?) helped me. I had an idea of what I like in other brand beers, so with her incredible knowledgeable she helped me find comparable (rather superior) products in their store. Her kind and joyful manner made the experience such a pleasant one that I will absolutely make the 35 minute drive to return here to buy my beer ? One really amazing employee can make all the difference for a customer and Ainsley was that person for me.Thank you so much,A First Timer!
