I like Wendy's. Been going for years. Thought I would try new grilled cheeseburger. The whole burger was cold including the pattie. It was however cooked. Skeptical about this location now.
Every time I order from this Wendy’s the patties are under cooked and pink inside. I guess following health regulation guidelines isn’t on the menu. Gross!
Ordered a Dave's single hamburger...get home to eat, only to discover it's just a patty stuffed in between two buns. Waste of money. Wendy's is dead to me.
Stopped in for 2 Double JBC's and 2 spicy chicken wraps from the drive thru. Instead of telling me my total the cashier told me to pull up, that's fine I guess but I was paying with cash. After pulling up to the window the worker hands me the debit machine instead of telling me the total. I had to ask how much my total was only to have the window closed and then reopened afterwards to give me my total and the two workers were talking in a different language to each other at the drive thru window. I have worked in fast food for 5 years and it was shocking to witness their lack of professionalism in front of customers.
When I finally receive my order, none of my items are wrapped with any care and just thrown into the bag. The bottom of the bag was covered with grease from the burgers, the tortilla used for one of the wraps was wet and sticky from something and there was no lettuce on one of the burger.
If I could give this location a 0/5 stars I would. Time and time again I have been let down by this location. Have a little more pride in your work.
15 may 2025 around 7pm me and my wife went to this Wendy’s drive thru because she was having craving for spicy chicken sandwich as she is pregnant. So we ordered spicy chicken sandwich with extra onions on it and we got the order as we left the drive thru my wife checked that there were no onions added on that spicy chicken sandwich so we went back to drive thru and after seeing us coming back the manager “Sandeep” and 2 other girls were waiting for us at the window. So they asked us what was the whole order and I told them that we ordered spicy chicken sandwich with onions on it and I was by that “Manager Sandeep” was asked to repeat our whole order 3 different times and obviously the third time I raised my voice a little bit because I thought that “Manager Sandeep” had a hard time hearing me and it was not at all in anger or something and then when I raised my voice “Manager Sandeep” with her full arrogant voice told me to keep my voice down I agreed and then told her that I was asked to repeat third time that’s why my voice was a bit loud. Then the other girl who took our order told “Manager Sandeep” that she forgot to add onions and then she went away without apologizing or something. Then the third girl was very kind to us we told her that “Manager Sandeep” attitude with us was very arrogant and rude but she was so kind she told us that she’s only the crew member and offered us free drink also but we politely refused and then they gave us our right order and went away because we just went back to get our right order not to get any freebies or anything.
But just want to highlight that “manger sandeep” had an attitude like she owns the whole Wendy’s chain or something. Just want to tell her that even girl maybe you’re the manger but you have zero customer service sense and everyone doesn’t come back for freebies. If we came back for free food we would have ate half of the sandwich already but not even a bite was taken from the original sandwich which we were served. So just a suggestion to “manager sandeep” keep your attitude at your house and do what you’re told to do to that is customer service. I respect the other crew member who handled everything gracefully and also apologized when it was not even her fault.
I'm finding this location is hit or miss lately, but went today for the baconator combo and was really impressed with the freshness of the whole meal. This time service was good as well, ?

Absolutely the worse Wendy's location.Should be closed!. Went to drive thru on saturday at 7:25 am was told 5 minutes for order to pull to the side. After 15 minutes went in , our order was not ready. There was a woman on cash served who just finished taking cash with from a customer and then went to make our order with the same plastic gloves. I was shocked! But thought just take order we were late. Opened bag in car and burgers were slapped together with little condiments and egg broken in pieces. Went back for refund. I told her you should be honest with wait times and not to serve food like this!..WEndys head office you should be embarrassed to have this location open!!!!!!

Ordered on Uber and got a strawberry lemonade for my friend and I and when we went to take a sip we almost had to spit it out because of how much syrup was in it. Was hoping to get to the actual food and that it would be better but there was soggy, brown lettuce on the burger (I didn’t even ask for lettuce) and all the toppings were wrong. I used to love this Wendy’s but unfortunately the service is going down hill :(

This location Wendy burger taste very good. I really like the pop machine, there is a lot of choice. I go to Wendy when I have coupon.

Had an extremely pleasant experience with staff member Malika. She was very helpful in showing me how to use the offers on the app. She also ensured I got my birthday Frosty, including offering her best wishes, which was very nice! The restaurant was clean, the order was freshly made and food was good. Highly recommend you use the app to take advantage of offers and rewards.

So I waited until all the youth that were with me ordered their meals/snacks. I ordered and 2 of 3 items were not 100% right. The drink was to be chocolate and it was vanilla (not a big deal I took what they made). It was not a bad drink and maybe better than the chocolate may have been. My sandwhich I ordered was to be classic chicken asiago and I ended up with a spicy, thankfully I don't mind spice, but I couldn't finish it. My chili cheese fries were OK!

I don’t order from here a lot, and now I’m remembering why. I mean seriously, how hard is it to put a large fry in a bag with a large combo. Every time I order from this restaurant SOMETHING is wrong. Take your money elsewhere TRUST ME. I wish the staff were better trained or cared more about there customers. I am honestly flabbergasted, because I MEAN seriously… who orders 2 small wraps and NOTHING ELSE? Thank you for coming to my tedtalk.

This wendys location is slow at the best of times but at night, it's excruciatingly slow. To the point where I just want to leave. It took 15 minutes for one car to be able to even place their order!
