Staff needs to listen better messing up orders badly put item in not ordered and not giving what was order...... retrain your staff to reread the order out.... this sad and pathetic
The employee at the speaker was very rude and did not allow us to complete our order, repeatedly cutting us off and rushing us. At the window, I noticed that the drinks provided were the wrong sizes. When I mentioned this, he claimed we had not stated the correct sizes. I explained that we were unable to speak because he kept interrupting, to which he responded that he needed to meet his time targets and push out a certain number of cars within five minutes.
Despite this, he still asked us to pulled around and wait, and we ended up waiting an additional five minutes for the food. When the order was finally brought out, the sauces were missing.
The overall experience was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and discouraging due to the staff’s behaviour.

I Don't understand why when you order a combo they always ask you if you want to up size your drink and fries.especialy the drink?if you want a bit more you can just refill.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I drove thru to pickup a combo burger with poutine and it was SO BAD. Not only the food didn't taste the poutine was COLD. If I wasn't driving out of town already I'd have went back!! Paid $19.19 and threw out half of my meal.

Stop telling people you don't have or are not making baked potatoes every single day. I've been trying to order one for about two months, every time it's an excuse. I have insane food aversions so once I find a food I like, I will eat it for weeks straight. I bake them at home and it just doesn't hit like a Wendy's tater. 😂
If you don't want to sell them take them off the menu.

Went through the drive through and ordered a burger and chicken nuggets. I pulled up to the window and paid and was asked to pull into a parking space as my food would take a minute to prepare. As no one was behind me I said I would just wait in the drive through. The clerk gave me a look sighed and closed the window. When the food was ready it was handed to me without a word. When I drove to my destination to eat I found my burger was a chicken sandwich with ketchup on it and the bread tasted of mold. This location seems to be terribly run and this is not the first time I've gotten the wrong order after not pulling through. I will not be returning to this location.

Orders all wrong. Got home and our taco salad had no chilli with it. Even the guy after me said he ordered 20 chicken nuggets to the staff. Staff said twice that is 20. 3rd time they fixed his order.
Good service!! Food is as good as Wendy's gets, always warm and burgers are assembled with care. Food comes fast and the workers are nice!!

Wendy's is one of my fave fast food establishments. I stop at them in a lot of different places. This location is near my current home. For years this location has proven to be the worst. I order jr burgers and often are told it will take longer or in drive thru to go park and wait. Rarely is the inside not filthy and they don't stock their condiment station, they keep dirty little bins with their sticky packets on the front counter, which are often empty too. HQ should really have a close surprise look at this spot. Btw, so many bad stories about this spot I can't fit them all. It could be worse I guess. Wish I could stay away.
