What happened to fresh.. The JBC burgers use to be amazing but now they are horrible. Everything on it is paper thin, and definitely not fresh. The lettuce was soggy and tomato was not even full ripe, still yellowish- red in color. They keep raising the prices and yet substituting size & freshness for a big profit. I won't waste my money for that.

They are very unhygienic, rude and have bad service. They did not serve me breakfast because i was not in a car which makes no sense at all

I hate this location. I stopped in to grab dinner. Took awhile to get our food and there were probably about 6 or 7 girls standing there chatting despite the fact that we were standing at the counter with empty cups, because the drink machine in the lobby wasnt dispensing ice (so we were waiting for them so we could ask for ice & drinks). They looked over multiple times and yet nobody came back to the counter. Also, I'm pretty sure out of everything we ordered, only one of the fries was fresh. I got a baconator and when I was eating it, it didnt taste that great. I'm pretty sure the burger patties they gave me were not fresh as I spent the whole night up sick. Would not recommend this location.

I’m hoping that the front counter person had a good excuse for being so surly, rude and impatient. Her behaviour was deplorable and a poor reflection of Wendy’s. Very off putting especially when we approached happy and friendly. The Dave’s single combo was just okay. The fries were the worst I’ve had at any Wendy’s… tasteless and dry. Subbed drink with a chocolate frosty which was very good.

Ice machine doesn't work and soda comes out warm (they don't tell you this)
Drive-thru staff need to realize that this isn’t a race. Constantly getting orders wrong because they’re basically like, “yeah yeah shut up 2nd window.” Let people finish their orders and actually listen to them, please. Especially because, most of the time, there’s not even a lineup at the drive-thru. Most of the staff are friendly but there are a few that are terrible. I come here about once a month and I would say, in the last 3 years, they’ve gotten my order wrong at least 5 times because of rushing me in the drive-thru. I’m not even slow lol. They just don’t listen properly.

Came in to relax and eat, writing this while I get swarmed by flies....wife ordered the taki chicken burger combo, burger tasted terrible fries were stale and cold....my chicken club was missing lettuce and tomato, I had to bring it back to the counter got a moody look from the attendant. Wife went to return the burger with 2 bites out of it and cold fries and was refused a refund because cold food and a gimmicky combo flavor that tastes terrible is not a good enough reason for a refund according to the people that work here.

Great fresh food
It was a hot day so I came for a frosty then I happened to witness a teenager getting yelled at by the manager or so I think as the kid was having issues with the tablet it clearly said error detected and she told the teen that he wasn’t doing it correct and said something else sorry I believe English was their second language so the teen kept showing how it’s done she said something and left. I love Wendy’s I come with my kids but this shouldn’t happened again.

Ordered from the Kiosk and it kept giving me an error code but did let me get through and I ended up paying with my credit card. Upon the purchase going through it gave an error code no receipt etc
Still charged me the Supervisor or Manager did not decide to have my food made or a refund of the transaction. Instead she decided to argue with me and still let people use the kiosks didn’t put a sign saying it was out of service. Wouldn’t suggest this Wendy’s!

The food was not bad atmosphere amazing! Service however is a different story, This manager who couldn’t speak proper English no offence was telling me I didn’t know how to use the Tablet to order while it said order error detected telling me I don’t know how to use it although I have before. She is the Manager with Red Shirt today is Tuesday July 22 5:31pm 2025 I would like the higher ups look into this please. Very bad service I wouldn’t want others to go through this. thanks.

Ordered through kiosk waited 5 minuets then someone came to the counter got their order taken received their whole 2 person burger meal before I even got my drinks for my order yet. Asked if I could at least get my drinks.
Only to find there is no ice in the machine and the pop was flat.... stood back in line waiting for my food for another 10 minuets then asked the employee where my food was... I ordered 2 salads and a wrap... but yet some how the guy who ordered 5 minuets after me for a burger meal with fries got his before me. The employee stated that they were waiting on the chicken. Even though the chicken wrap and chicken salad were siting on the counter.. he asked the girl in the back and they realized they were missing the cob salad. But my order sat there for over 15 minuets while I watch more then one person get their food given to them. No compensation was given. Or even offered. They had 6 employees in the back 3 were in the back room on their phone laughing showing each other videos while there were customers and my order just sitting there. The dinning room was a mess. Garbage left on tables. I was only able to find maybe 2-3 clean tables.. this was a horrible horrible experience at this location therefore I will not be back to this location.
