I watched at least five customers leave once they realized the same thing. There were employees inside who didn’t even bother acknowledging customers.
Management should be aware that this is costing them sales.

Awful service, terrible food. My mother complained that they didn't wash their hands after being on break and touching chemicals, and then the brger had wilted lettuce 😑

Absolutely ridiculous that I have been trying to call for days and their phone doesn’t even ring. There’s a voicemail that is full and won’t accept anymore messages! Completely ridiculous and unacceptable for customer service.

This is my second time at this location. I just left and my fries are old. They gave me a wrong lemonade and then took back the old lemonade and said oh I’m gonna throw it in the garbage you could’ve just let me keep that for my kid or something make somebody else drink it rather than throwing it in the garbage this is really unacceptable and not only that but he was extremely rude. Thicker Indian Guy glasses unacceptable and I will be contacting head office and I won’t be back at this location ever again.

What can I say, it's fast food,, love the 2 for 4 breakfast deal,, and nothing like a baconator when you have that greasy craving😋 ,, and I love how their side option is a baked potato.You don't get that any other fast food place.

Found a Bread Tag in My Burger tonight Absolutely Disgusting
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was beyond unacceptable. I went to this Wendy’s this evening and found a black bread tag.. yes, one of those little plastic clips used to seal bread bags inside my hamburger. It was mixed right in with the meat and toppings. Completely disgusting and a huge safety issue.
It makes me question what kind of quality control or food safety checks they have in place. I tried calling the store but It goes straight to voicemail.
I’ll definitely be thinking twice before ever coming back to Wendy’s. Finding plastic in your food is not just gross, it’s dangerous.

We ordered for dine in 30 min before closing but still they asked to leave place and the quantity of our order is too small compared to original orders and rude behaviour such low quality service and food quantity

Parked forever for 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers, meanwhile, no other vehicle went through the drive thru behind me. They must be getting the McDonald's idea of the only customer that matters is Door Dash and Skip.

I had a very disappointing experience today. I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats and went to the drive-thru to collect it. However, the lady working at the drive-thru was extremely rude and refused to hand over my order there. Instead, she insisted that I come inside the store to pick it up, even though I had clearly mentioned it was a pickup order.
This was inconvenient and unnecessary, and her attitude made the experience even worse. I expect better customer service, especially when I’m just trying to collect a prepaid order.
