I just ordered a flat white and I got it in a paper cup. Am I wrong for expecting it in glass cup?

I usually go to Williams for a coffee since its so close to my workplace and I always had a very good experience with food, service and ambience but I am giving one star for the service I received today. I ordered caramel latte with a brownie for dine in. The lady who took my order didn't even care to ask which brownie I would like to have even though I asked her what options are available. The caramel latte they made didn't even taste like a latte. It was very zero drink compared to what I normally get from same williams. I asked her to add whipped cream and caramel on top and they didn't even care. It was worst experience of my life and this was for sure my last visit here. Not coming again! Williams you lost your permanent customer !

I ordered the Caesar wrap and cold brew tea. While the food was good I will no longer be purchasing anything from Williams as their meat is halal.

A nice cafe attached to city hall. the staff is nice, coffee is tasty, and the prices are ok. They get my order wrong sometimes but are always nice about fixing it when I need something changed. My biggest issue is some of the food qualities, the avocado was slimy with black spots on it and just kinda gross and sometimes they will replace an ingredient without mentioning it (ordered a bagel sandwich and got it on toast)

I usually ordered chicken rice box from here by Uber. I always get full after eat. However when I went there for dine in , the rice box is literally just half like what I usually get, everything is just small in portions. Also the avocado isn’t fresh at all . So disappointed
