As a culinary professional, I find it concerning when one individual is responsible for both cash handling and food preparation, although this may be a standard practice at William's Cafe. We ordered hot chocolate and left a 15% tip, but I found the drink excessively sweet, with an overwhelming amount of sugar. Additionally, I had to request a receipt, as the cashier did not offer one. Also, the napkins are given on special request. This experience was disappointing, especially given the cafe's prime location next to City Hall

I usually love to order from door dash or even go in person, the overall cafe is very nice and clean. Customer service is very polite as well.
This place does tend to run expensive.. however i ordered a small Vanilla Frappe which ran me almost $9 for the cup itself via door dash not including tip.
I asked for whipped cream and this is how it arrived. It was nearly 70% whipped cream and 30% actual drink. It lasted maybe 5 sips if im being generous?
I tried calling and no one answered. Second time straight to voicemail. I’m just honestly in awe of how this can be served. I put the straw in to taste if it was really just straight whipped cream and it was. You can see where there was MORE whipped cream at the top.
I’m sure someone would enjoy this. Just not me. If i could be reached out to, to get this sorted that would be great.

Had a little breakfast while visiting the city hall. Ordered a sandwich and smoothie and just average…I wouldn’t say it worths the price but might be a good place to go in the summertime.

Walk in, ordered a single bowl of soup to go. Waited patiently, then a little less patiently, over 15 min. Finally got my soup, server was rude to me. I asked where my slice of garlic toast was and she said it doesn't come with. (Except it does...) Get home, there's also no green onion or goat cheese. Bowl only 3/4 full. Tried to contact for feedback. Of course the link is broken. Thumbs down Williams.

Great Cafe Personally we got the hazelnut waffle and classic breakfast, it was 👍! Inside is very clean and nice decorated. Service was excellent and was very kind. I would definitely recommend going here to my friends
Visited with my friend and we absolutely loved it! The coffees were amazing, so rich and flavorful and their wide range of brews, drinks, and pastries was just yum. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The cozy vibe made it even better. I’d come back here a million times!
