Open at 9am? Horrible service
I’ve ordered from here a few times and the food is always so great! I was really surprised by the quality and taste of their food. It’s a great place to stop in if you want some yummy healthier takeout. Definitely recommend!
Great little place to stop while traveling. Stopped in the use the washroom while on the road. Ended up getting a little sandwich it was delicious but the lady who served us..... seemed kinda grumpy
We enjoyed our time and food at Williams Fresh Cafe. My son loved Mac and cheese.. the final touches added to it were great. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich.. it was so light and fresh... the waffles were so fresh, and the size was great.. the vanilla latteh is a must try as well. The service was great .. as we noticed the owners checking that everything was going well. The place was super clean..
Really loved my experience at Williams Fresh Cafe! The ambiance is super nice ... it feels cozy but still a little upscale. The food was honestly amazing, and the way they present the dishes shows they really care about the details. I’m pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this place was spotless, which made the whole experience even better. We tried the Rice Box with chicken, the Chicken Caesar Wrap, and the waffles.. all were amazing. The prices are great with big portions. Definitely one of my new favorite spots. Can’t wait to come back!
Good cafe. Great coffee and food.
Service was great and the environment as well.
The absolute attitude from the cashier today. We requested a substitute for the rice bowl and was told no, while the other FANTASTIC Williams off University does all the time. I’m allergic to edamame and asked for black beans instead. Instead I got complete sass and rudeness… scarying my girlfriend to ask for hers to not have it as well. Never coming back to this one, that’s for sure
Amazing food, very helpful staff and very clean facilities. Wheelchair friendly and very reasonable pricing. I had the cheese quesadilla with bacon and soup and was very impressed.
Very rude server
Best place to sit for coffee in this area but service is often very slow.
Redeemed my Xmas gift offer of free brown butter toffee latte which required a minimum $5 purchase so I got their plain waffle which was too dry and I didn’t taste much maple in the syrup. The latte was fantastic!
Pass on the candy cane and maple oat latte. Was watery and bland.
Bagels are bland as well.
Layer cakes are bland but light and fluffy.

I really like coming here.. I know based off the two stars you'll think why two stars. Let me explain. I am gluten free and I always order a gluten free bagel with cream cheese. I've gone 6 times now. 6 times... 6 TIMES. ordered that. They always bring me out it on gluten free bread???? Stating they don't have bagels.. then they check with the kitchen and bring back a gluten free bagel that's half done and sloppy and in horrible condition because they had to remake it. Every single time I've went in this has happened. WHY
I keep going back for the roasted red pepper and tomato soup.
Perfectly located right off Hwys 86 or 401, between Cambridge & Kitchener, Ontario. Dishes are made FRESH and served quite hot with loads of healthy options to choose from. We wanted a light lunch so I went with a creamy Butternut Squash soup & my guest went with a chicken quesadilla and they did not disappoint. Price point was quite affordable and less than $11/person. That’s pretty perfect if you ask me.
I particularly love the sunshine that comes into the dining area in the morning or afternoon! Surrounded with big windows, and natural sunlight is always a big hit and preference for me wherever I go. I will most certainly come again! I suggest you try to too.
I had breakfast classic one
Nice food and amazing atmosphere!
