The hours need to be updated kinda irritating that it says they’re open till 10 knowing I went there and the restaurant was closed knowing it says till 10 on Saturday please update your hours if the hours have changed

I ordered a chicken ceaser salad and asked for no bacon. I got my salad WITHOUT chicken and WITH bacon in it. I ended up eating the salad as I decided to not complain about the fact that there was no chicken but while eating it, I noticed something was off. I looked at my salad and there was bacon in it. I didn't notice at first because there was none at the top when they brought it but it was mixed into it. I'm not sure how this mistake was made as when I took it back, the person working at cash confirmed I did order a chicken ceaser salad with no bacon. They offered to remake it free of charge which of course! That shouldn't even be an offer but when the girl brought the remade salad to my table, there was no sorry or anything. I don't think I'll be coming back here again. I gave grace to the mistake but the lack of consideration and accountability has thrown me off which makes me very upset as I would come here very often! Please be more mindful of customer's requests in the future.

The birthday cake was fresh and delicious. The Latte was a festive brown butter latte. It was very tasty . I love how they had a good choice of 3 different festive lattes . The tables were clean. It’s a nice place to sit and have a hot drink and warm up over the holidays. The service was quick and the staff is very friendly.

I haven’t been to a Williams since the one on Fairway Road closed, so when some old friends wanted to get together for lunch, I remembered the fantastic BLT sandwiches I had in the past at Williams. Used to be a delicious large multigrain bread loaded with thick cut bacon, fresh tomato, crisp lettuce and avocado. What I got was completely the opposite and they forgot my wife’s quesadilla order and when she did receive it, it kind of sucked. Service was poor at best. Too bad, another good food place gone all to hell.

Came here with my hubby to enjoy a warm cup of coffee. Not very happy with the service. My husband’s cup was dirty from the outside as if it was reused without washing my mug and plat under it was chipped so sharp that can cut my hand and was sticky. The spoon was filled with stains as shown with the picture I will share here. Very disappointed! This place used to be good

I’ve lately been having issues with portions.
I typically order a large cappuccino and usually 90% of the cup is filled with coffee and 10% is foam.
This is unfortunately the 3rd time I’ve recieved a 60% coffee 40% foam split…
Feels like I’m being cheated out of coffee.
Edit: had a great response and issue was addressed, fantastic coffee and great atmosphere 5/5!
